A comprehensive deep dive into Sylvotherapy and its practice
The course dived into all elements of Sylvotherapy - from its origins and history through to setting up as a practitioner and everything in between - so much scientific, holistic and practical information. I am looking forward to implementing elements of this into my life coaching offer. I have always been interested in trees and plants and their healing benefits and now I have a full understanding of it. I now want to learn more about aromatherapy!

Having discovered this possibility, with obviously my basics and experiences in survival, natural survival, Bushcraft, human tracking, animal tracking, as well as first aid courses in remote environments, I got involved, even though it was not possible to take the course in Italian ... hard but interesting and fun. Tobias Roberts rendition of Bill Morrison’s permaculture curriculum is amazing. I found it to be straightforward and comprehensive. I liked the short response and multiple choice questions — they helped me to digest the module faster and easier. I highly recommend this course for anyone beginning their homesteading journey.

The Sylvotherapy Practitioner Certification encompassed all my passions and philosophies in one go! I'm an born forest dweller, plant whisperer and nature enthusiast. With my background in Mental Health counselling and experience working with children, youth and families in a trauma-informed practices within agencies, schools and foster care institutes, I wanted to offer a deeper, holistic nature-based experience. What I learned so comprehensively in this course added to my believes, experience and theories regarding the healing capacity that nature holds for all of us, spiritually, mentally and physically. This course added a deeper scientific understanding for all the " why's and How's", that nature is able to support us in all these ways. As a reiki master, a hobby herbalist, and a mindfulness-stress reduction teacher, I was very moved to learn how Forest therapy dives into these elements of wellness as well. This course fit me in every way, both personally and professionally. It was very interesting to learn of scientific terms, and studies that unfold the understandings of all the true benefits of Forest Therapy, which I am excited to teach to others. Thank you, Alma Oasis, so much for introducing this ray of light and new career path into my life.
