Special thanks to Mr. Abdullah elbialy for the excellent treatment and speed in completing the transactions, we had several requests that he solved in the simplest way, especially the Umrah visa, as he issued the visa within half an hour of submitting it, knowing that the person of this visa was at Jeddah Airport and it is not possible to enter without it

Special THANKS to Mr.Mohammad Salman who organized our travel to Makkah and Madina. He was with us from the start of our journey till we returned back to Oman through the WhatsApp group he has created specially for our journey to perform Umrah. He was always following up with the group members such as transporters and others to make sure everything goes smoothly.
My son was not able to travel with us since his Oman residence visa was not valid for 3 months and he was not allowed to travel with us by Muscat airport authorities, but Salman managed to obtain an Umrah visa for him in just an hours time and he could travel the next day and joined us. That was AMAZING.

The hotels, food everything was very good. Specially Hotel Hilton Convention at Makkah was EXCELLENT.

Myself, wife and son were too impressed by the fantastic service provided to us by Al Maqam.

When we intend to go again for Umrah or Hajj, we will definitely book our journey through Al Maqam only, Insha Allah.

I would strongly recommend others to avail their excellent services.

I had placed my trust in the travel agent, but I am very disappointed at the service provided for rates being charged.First of all Kiswah Tower is a three star hotel and not 4 star as it was mentioned in the proposal.No internet in room and housekeeping also every three days.No warm water in the hotel and I don't understand why it was sold to me as 4 star.
Anyone coming with family please never ever stay in Burj Mukhtara in Madina.There is no internet at all and the place lacks basic sanitation and rooms are very cramped and not clean.
We paid a good amount of money for family of 7 people but when I surveyed at both places in Makkah and Medinah ,I could have lived in close vicinity of both Haram's in 5 star and 4 star hotel and in decent places.
I will never ever use Al Maqam for any of my future travel requirements for Umrah and I suggest fellow Muslim Brother's and sister's to not use them at all!!!
Such a noble cause and such deception, unimaginable...

While checking with other few agencies regarding the umrah package tour, I felt that Al Maqaam would have full full my requirements . Actually they did.
Madam Samia Rizvi handled my full package stuffs from start to end till I get back to uae. She has been with me thru out WhatsApp especially for last one month or so and kept on updating till last day I stayed in KSA.
There was no confusion overall during our umrah tour. Though it was customized package but hotels were very good , breakfasts awesome , transport service’s fantastic. Me and my wife are very thankful to her for all these happen successfully and In shaa Allah if get opportunity n Allah wishes will visit again thru Al Maqaam. Best wishes always and hope others can directly contact Madam Samia for Umrah package .. 🤲

It was a great experience everything was as expected , and abdullah was so helpful from the start finding me good dates and timings and even after i booked, he made sure everything was as planned, and i would recommend him for everyone i know who would like to go for Umrah!

I took an Umrah trip with Al Maqam and I must say how extravagant they made the whole journey for me. Especially the service received from Shahed.
