AS other people mentioned in their comment in this page, the Al Mizan Rent a car is a very poisonous Fraud company which is targetting foreigners who can't or prefer not to come back to Dubai to claim their deposits.
I'm a victim of them but this time they are in trouble becayse i'm back to Dubai to sue those criminal people.
If you're a victim too, you can share your documents with me for a class action against them.

This company is a FRAUDULENT, please AVOID them. Read and trust the bad reviews from the genuine customers who they’re stealing their deposits from. The 5 star reviews are fake which are done by themselves and their friends and family to mislead new customers who are searching them online.
I returned the car 04/11/2024, emailing them, messaging them, calling them for my deposit they just ignore them. I’m shocked in a strict country like UAE, how Al Mizan Car rentals gets away with their dodgy business! Please report them to DED (Dubai Economy Department) hopefully they close down soon and stop taking people’s money unfairly.
They are constantly on line but don’t reply to customers who are after their deposits.
Customers who get ignored for their deposit please report them to DED, Police and also Google for their fake reviews.

THIEFS, LIARS, AUTHORITIES SHOULD CANCEL THEIR LICENSE

Fraud!! I rented a car for a month with a deposit of 1000 which at first I was told will be refunded after 30 days. It’s been 4 months since I returned the car and I still haven’t received the refund. They told me to email the refund department and gave me a number. Emails are ignored and the phone number says service temporarily unavailable whenever I make a call.
I contacted their hire a car WhatsApp to let them know I’m still waiting on a refund and of course they’re ignoring the messages.

They’re getting away with the biggest scam!! Not to mention they never gave me a receipt for payment so my only proof is bank statement.

No idea how to report them and get my money back but I’m going to the police later today as I have had enough of this disgusting “company”.

Not to mention the service was poor from the beginning. No manners, the delivery men were inappropriate and disrespectful. The car collection guy was even worse, and he almost pulled my arm out as he sped off while I was holding onto the door telling him I won’t let him go until he gives me evidence saying I returned the car in the same condition I got it in.
Appalled.

They guys are frude its a 6 month they are note given back my 1000 deposit they don’t pick the calls n not responding now i am taking police help to get back my money I need my money back again i never ever use this fraud compny again
