Scam- do not bother ordering!

I ordered my dress over two weeks ago, and its estimated delivery was supposed to be 4 days ago. Yet, I have still not received a single tracking update aside from “order recieved”. I have emailed the support team twice and although they’ve gotten back to me with empty apologies, they have offered no legitimate update on my order. I was planning to wear this dress for graduation, and now I highly doubt it’s going to come in time. What a scam and a waste of money!

Scam company

What a scam company.

First of I ordered the insta popular Selene dress. I ordered two sizes and my total was €203. The dresses were too small so I had to send them back, which I had to pay €22.30 for.

I also discovered that the dress can be bought on many different other websites for much cheaper!!!

I emailed the company within 14 days to tell them I wanted to return my order. They however only offer store credit?! This is not even legal since the EU law for online purchases says that if the customer denies store credit the company has to give their money back.

Till this day they are refusing, so I will take further steps.

They send you wrong cheaper dress and never respond back!

I ordered my first dress in February and it wasn’t the quality I expected. I returned it back with my own expenses and since they offered only store credit, I chose something else. The team was responsive and helpful.
However, the second delivery was a wrong dress and also cheaper from what I paid for (at this point 150€!). I sent an email right away, and after I got no response a few more in the next weeks.
Of course I got no response back AT ALL so now I’m stuck with something I don’t want by their own mistake! It’s a scam!

The customer service was SO quick to…

The customer service was SO quick to respond to my email. Lightning quick- within minutes. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and did not realize until I placed the order- I requested if they could switch the color before it ships out and they were able to do it immediately! They completely eliminated my stress! 10000/10 customer service! Now just hoping it comes in and fits me because it’s the prettiest dress I’ve ever seen! 💛

I was told my package shipped but…

I was told my package shipped but received no shipping info at all. Everytime I emailed them I was given the same scripted response and told it would take time to show up and to wait. The delivery date came and went with no dress and no update. I emailed them AGAIN demanding an explanation and they made up whatever reason they had come up with for why it was delayed but all of a sudden after that I finally had shipping information and it showed it had just left their warehouse proving it was never shipped at all. In the end the package came ten days after the original delivery date. By then I had to find a backup because it was roo late for my event. They get 3 stars because after I complained I received a partial refund for the inconvenience but overall the lack of transparency and clear communication, the super late delivery, all of it was quite the turn off for me and put a damper on my original excitement.

Complete Scam, Do not purchase

Everything about my experience with this website was a nightmare. I placed my order on March 9th. It then sat in mystery transit for a full month before it ever actually got tracking information. Every email inquiry I sent was met with insincere, generic, consolatory phrases that never actually gave any answers and only insisted that "There's nothing we can do because your order is in transit :)"
Fast forward to when the dresses actually arrive. They don't fit (shocking), and in order to return them I have to pay for my own shipping label, a processing fee for them to take it back, and all of that just to get store credit instead of getting my money back because they were "on sale."
Save yourself, do not trust this website or it's clothing. The dresses were cheap polyester and didn't match what any of the influencers said to begin with (also shocking).

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever. I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this company. A complete fraud scammers I will definitely report them to credit bureau. I have made a purchase the beginning of April I received a fake tracking number that doesn’t exist. I emailed the carrier that they claim that will deliver the package tracking number doesn’t exist. I have been calling emailing every week no change on the tracking number. I want my money back. I have 3 weddings coming up thought the advertisement for the dresses I ordered was amazing and placed an order right away. This company has to be reported and shut down immediately complete scam. Every time I call customer service they tell me the package should be delivered soon even if there’s no update with the tracking number. Please don’t not order from Almonds Muse they are a complete fraud scammers and I hope this company shuts down immediately.

I am leaving this review to share my experience and warn others.

I placed an order and paid 499 RON (approximately $100+ USD). The product I received did not match the pictures shown on the website at all.

I decided to return the item, and I had to cover the return shipping myself, which cost me around 60 RON (approximately $13 USD). I returned the product expecting a proper refund.

Instead, I was given store credit of only $18.72, which is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the amount I paid. At this point, they have both the product and my money.

I have already contacted the company via email and clearly stated that they have until April 24 to resolve this situation. If no proper solution is provided by then, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank.

Given the lack of transparency and fairness so far, I do not expect a response or resolution, which is why I am taking further steps.

I strongly advise others to be cautious. In my experience, this website is misleading and does not handle customer issues appropriately.
