I could give them 0 stars if I could!

I have been waiting for my reimbursement for over 5 (!!) years now! The airline cancelled my flight in 2020 due to covid and paid the money back to Almundo. However, Almundo never paid me back even though I have been in touch with them for more than 5 years, requesting my reimbursement every few months, always to the unsatisfactory answer that they still had to check and they didn't know why it hadn't been paid yet. They have all my data, they have promised several times that it would get resolved, and nothing ever happened. Extremely untrustworthy, and frankly upsetting that money that would have belonged to me for booking a new ticket with a new airline is now lingering with such an incompetent travel agency, not delivering what they have promised. Never again, stay away!

They gave me bad service, they change the flights at the last minute and raise the prices or they give you the option of flights with longer stopovers for higher prices than your reservations.

I do not recommend this page, they are very scammers, they let you buy and then they make you call and they raise the price of the flight, they did it to me twice so I do not recommend it.
