Bloody scam company, just read my payment on statement, load of letters. Trying to stop it with my bank . Bloody con artists

Rubbish SCAM COMPANY no item recieved now asking to send it back for refund ...

Would never order from this company ever again !!! Ordered Jeans six weeks ago, they’re quick to process payment. I’m still waiting on jeans. As per other reviews. Provided with tracking number, parcel still in USA …. Not good

Ordered a dog cooling mat at the start of July - we're now in mid Aug and still they can not tell me where this order is. Taken my money - Same reply back Auto reply saying they are chasing the order with the courier and yet its been sat in Scotland for two weeks. Summer will be over before i get this . They are not helpful at all . I have now placed a claim with my bank - I would not order from them if you want your delivery -

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED A WIRELESS BRA WHICH THEY ADVERTISED AT PRICE £14.99 WITHOUT ADDING TAX WHICH WAS ON PAYMENT. MISLEADING ADVERTISING!! ITEM TOOK 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE AND DID NOT FIT. REFUSED A RETURN AND REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ITEM. I WAS OFFERED ONLY £5.00 COMPENSATION. TRULY REGRET BUYING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!

Contacted to say I had not received
my purchase. Sent tracking information that did not move from the time I ordered till four weeks later, they then said it had gone to wrong address and sent out tracking information that’s again did not move. I told them that I had consumer rights to cancel order and not make payments. Totally ignored my email and just said they had asked the shipping company to express the delivery. I said they had not sent out my purchase and that there were scammers. Just received another generic tracking information email that was absolutely rubbish. I told them that I was reporting them. Do not buy from this company!!!

If I could, I’d give them zero star rating. False advertising, the products they sell are not fit for purpose and are not anything like what they advertise. I paid £42.47 for two three packs of bras that do not correspond to the sizes advertised and are extremely bad quality. Never received an invoice and confirmation of purchases email from them. Waited three weeks for delivery. When I requested a return label to send them back and a refund they offered me £3. Wish I’d checked their reviews before I bought from them.
They falsely advertise that they’re from the USA but actually they’re a very dodgy Chinese company.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts. Looked lovely in advertisement & had a bit of stretch in material. Waited weeks for them to arrive. One pair arrived with uneven legs & stitching that was coming undone, the others were a completely different material with no stretch. Was offered £1 compensation which I turned down then they told me it would cost me a lot to return as returns go to a different place.
Wish I’d check the reviews before ordering as have read several very similar stories.

Ordered a large dog cooling mat for £16. It’s like a dishcloth, extremely poor quality. Complained by email and the best they could offer was a £1 refund. Looked nothing like the advertised product. Do not waste your money. RIP off merchants

For sink plugs stainless steel to trap food and stop blockages What I got was cheap plastic that did fit sink a total con No way of sending it back as no return info enclosed Avoid at all costs

I ordered 2 pairs of lined dark grey jog pants in size L (UK14) I waited over 3 weeks for them to come only to find that they would only fit a small child! They are probably a size 6 or smaller. They denied it even though I sent photos of everything and offered me £2. Do not throw any your money to these scammers.

I ordered in good faith. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. When arrived the waist band was all sewn in and scuntched up. Also the lining is not furry like advert just a lining, the lining does not join the waist band. Ordered 2 sizes over my normal size to make sure as did not matter if big, ordered 3xl but more like a large and cannot get over tops of legs . I contacted the company they offered me a £1 compensation ! I confirmed not satisfactory they offered £2 or return at my cost. I would 100% not recommend this company. Not true to size and very poor quality

Terrible company I ordered a book marker Christmas present back in October 2024 still not received it, I’ve been in contact with there customer services since last November trying to get an answer apparently the first delivery they sent out was lost so they sent another one, today they’ve told me that’s lost as well and if I want the original order I’ll have to pay again as there out of pocket

Firstly charged me more than the quoted price. Emailed them straight away & got a refund of the over charge. Took 3 weeks to get here. I ordered the egg cracker item. Poorly made, cheap plastic gadget. Certainly does not work on hard boiled eggs! Will never use them again.

Terrible company. Sold charger not fit for purpose wish I read the reviews. Do not buy, not based in the UK. Trying to get me to keep faulty charger and refund £5 as a good will gesture effectively giving me a loss of over £15.

On reading other reviews I also purchased 4 emergency key ring phone chargers I opened 1 and tried it didn’t work plus the end of it doesn’t stay in the phone it slips out ! so contacted them for a return address and a refund for the remaining 3 I have already Im getting the run around they are asking me to send a video of it not working then they will decide if I get a refund. WHAT NONSENSE ! So Im now investigating this company to find out who and where they are . Yes agree don’t buy anything from this company Cheap Rubbish!
