Customer service and quick shipping of the tile sample was great. But the tile themselves looked better in the picture. The tile looked like an ink jet printer image and we won't be choosing this for our home remodel project.

Beautiful tiles, great customer service
Beautiful tiles! Aloft also followed up with me after I ordered a tile sample to see if they could be of any further assistance. Tiles are notoriously difficult to get right, so I appreciated that. Plus, in today's internet buying world, it's nice to know that there's a human at the other end of the exchange.
