Make sure you have instructions available off line
The service works well but only when you have clear instructions especially when arriving to your destination country. Most of the times there will be no automatic connection to a local provider even if it says there will be- you will have to make changes in your phone settings so be sure to download the instructions BEFORE you leave your country.
