I think I got scammed for my cc info. No order confirmation email. Payment went through PayPal. No contact info except for an odd-looking email address from which I received no response. No phone number to call. I'm not even sure where they are located. The FAQ on their website mentions the name "ALOVHA."
I ordered a shirt as a Father's Day gift and the recipient didn't like it. I emailed them 4X on how to return no reply there's no phone number you can't chat nothing. All their return policy on the website says is you have 30 days and it must be returned in the same condition but nothing about how to actually return, print a return label - nothing! it from delible nothing! I was down to three days before my return window was going to close so I called my bank and they refunded my money but I'm sure Alovga still has my money.
