TERRIBLE COMPANY
I would give a lower review if i could. I ordered several pairs of socks on 10/9. Did not hear anything for a few weeks. I emailed three times and finally I got a reply from Sarah Budd a representative explaining my boot cushion sock was not ready and would be in 10/26 or 10/27 and orders would be fulfilled then. I still have not heard a word from them about this order. The least they could have done was ship the rest of my order and communicated with me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS UNCOMMUNICATIVE COMPANY. They claim they are a small family company and would like your business. You are better off dealing with one of the other Alpaca companies where you at least will get your product or some sort of truthful communication. I also got an email this weekend advertising those same boot cushion socks do where are mine
