Very poor support and communication

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had with any broker. The support team was extremely slow and unresponsive — it took days to get any reply. Their communication channels were weak and unreliable. It even took several days just to withdraw my money.

I expected much better service from a broker claiming to be international. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Alpari to anyone who values proper customer support.
