The staff at Alpha Move Huyton are extremely polite and friendly. I purchased my first home and they couldn’t be any more helpful, always available via call/emails with constant updates of the process. Becky is a credit to the team and very knowledgeable at what she does. Thank you!

Having a first house is always an excitement. I think all staffs in alfa move especially KELLY felt same like me. She gave her best, never felt disturbed by my frequent calls. I wish her every success in this profession. Also wish bright prosperous future for Alfa move.

We used Alpha to sell our parents house as it was a local estate agent. Our experience was extremely positive and I cannot recommend them highly enough. A special thanks go to Paul & Leah but the whole team, without exception always treated us with courtesy. Alpha Move is an excellent estate agent. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is considering selling their property. The property was on the market a week and we had an offer 4 months later the sale was complete. All the girls were very efficient especially LEAH who went above and beyond what was required, always keeping me updated on the progress of the sale. It was pleasure dealing with her.

As first time buyers buying during Covid, we were especially anxious about buying our first property. Kelly was amazing throughout, kept us well informed and was there to guide us through the whole process. Kelly was polite, professional and courteous. Our sellers solicitors were not the most co-operative but Kelly made sure she did all she could, constantly phoning and chasing up the sellers side to move it along.

We would definitely use alpha move again and I know people who also have good things to say about them

We have just completed a sale and purchase with Alpha Move. We cannot recommend their services highly enough from the start Kelly our negotiator was in constant contact with us. Our first sale fell through and they were quick off the mark and our property sold again within two weeks. They are in constant contact with your solicitor to ensure that you complete as quickly as possible. We know people who sold at the same time as us who had used other agents and our experience was better by far.

Recently had the pleasure of Alpha-Move market my home. From a transactional point of view they moved quickly, valued higher than I had imagined as there fingers were on the market, which was fast changing. The sale itself super quick.

The follow up service of expediting the sale allowed them to identify quickly problems with the buyer and had the property under offer from a second buyer within hours. This for me saved my sale and could have cost 3-6 weeks had they not been so proactive.

Communications wise, they were in constant contact with me providing weekly progress updates and chasing solicitors and vendors continuously. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly.

All in all, I cannot see how the service provided could have been improved on. That good!

I know of a few people personally who have used their services and all had similar experience so mine is typical.

The usual “estate agent” tropes need not apply here.

Alpha Move helped me sell my late mother’s property which was my family home since birth. I never heard of the company prior to this and see them on Facebook and would never choose another company Becky was amazing she literally kept up to date with me throughout quick at replying letting me know he leave dates etc. What a good company and with a very personal touch unlike these bigger companies this one truly looks after there clients. Paul was able to provide a good deal of local market intelligence which gave us confidence on valuations. Our main contact during process to completion was Becky who was quite a star really- a total professional, efficient, charming and more than willing to run the extra mile for clients.
