Ordered pair of black trainers 1st June.... Since then despite numerous emails heard nothing.... Like many wish I had read trust pilot but was impulse buy on Facebook ad.... Never again.... Total fraud!!!!

It appears to be a complete scam. Like others here, paid for shoes 1st June. Nothing has arrived. Now there's no way of contacting the company. I suspect they've gone out of business.

Ordered "Floral Embroidery Shoes", what turned up eventually were completely plastic. Despite 30 day money back info on their website, it's rubbish. They don't respond to emails, so it's money down the drain. Never thought to check Trustpilot first, wish I had. This is an appalling company, no doubt reinvents itself from time to time and starts over.

Ordered shoes in May 21 , never received them and now cannot log into account or get a refund !! Dont buy from them.

I sent for some canvas pumps early June, paid my money and never received them. Sent several emails and now see the site has been taken off. What can I do about this they have my bank details

If I could give this zero, I would. Followed a Facebook ad to buy a pair of trainers on 6th June, nothing arrived so emailed but no response. Since noticed all the negative reviews on here so clearly a scam. Transaction appears on statement as HSTLR CO LIMITED (typical scam with a company name like hustler!). CEO is listed as Abdelahad Amorid with correspondence address in Morrocco! There was a notice for compulsory strike off on 8th June (likely due to complaints) but it was retracted for whatever reason. He has since applied for voluntary strike off on 14th June and the website has been closed down so he's clearly trying to do a runner with our money! Everyone needs to complain with Companies House and with trading standards as the more complaints they get, the more likely we are to get our money back.

SCAMMERS!! Do not buy from them. I ordered shoes 3/6/21. They have yet to be despatched & I’ve emailed asking for the order to be cancelled & for a refund numerous times & still no reply. The comments under the post on Facebook are lies, I wish I’d read the reviews here first. I won’t make the same mistake twice.

I ordered a pair of canvas shoes end of May. Still waiting ..... have sent 3 e mails, no reply. These were a treat for me. Now it seems there is no website ????? Feel like an idiot now

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CARD DETAILS - I ordered Canvas shoes £19.99 which have not turned up !!!
I emailed 3 times and they have not responded these people are scammers do not order any products from them

I must say I am feeling rather unnerved by all of the bad reviews I am reading, I ordered some shoes on 7th June, was wandering where they had got to so decided to give them a nudge with an e mail only to find the website says we will be back shortly. Ummm not looking good, looks like I may have to join the queue of being scammed.

Can someone please tell me how to get in touch as they have sent me a pair of shoddy sandals that are made of rubber and smell awful I just want my money back and they are not answering emails

Rip off! Why didn't I check Trustpilot first? They sent me the wrong size shoes and at first asked me to return them to China. I asked them for a prepaid return label as I wasn't going to pay out anything further. They then offered me a discount for me to keep the shoes. Why would I accept a discount and not be able to wear the shoes??? I knew that this would all turn out to be a scam. A month later I am still waiting to hear from them. Little chance of that now. AVOID!!!!
**EDIT**: I have since raised a dispute with AMEX who have put the charge on my card into dispute as they have yet to send the money to Alpha-Walk. Also I have checked on Companies House website and it would appear that HSTLR CO LTD is being struck-off. Suggest all who have issues with Alpha-Walk (HSTLR Co Ltd) contact their credit card issuers to see if they can reclaim money this way.

Scammers....read all the reviews below. I did my research, but unfortunately I,like many others it seems, was duped. Paid them money and received nothing. Sent an email to ask where my delivery was and no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have not received a refund. Every website of theirs does not seem to exist any longer. Will report them for definite !

I'm joining the growing number of people who have been ripped off by this company.
I have paid my money, I have emailed and received a " sorry we're really busy" ,I emailed again.... big fat nothing. No shoes ,no refund ,no website now ...probably no company!

Product delivered after long delay -- but not as described.. #embroidered shoe' should mean fabric 'with stitches,' instead printed plastic ...
I want to return and get refund as web site said - no details given, no communication via phone or email

I thought I was a savvy internet shopper but have been well & truly scammed by these disgraceful traders. One response from them to my first query re non-delivery saying how busy they were but subsequent emails ignored & shoes not received after a month. Will never, ever purchase through FB again. Hope to recoup my £19.99 loss through Visa.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying! Same experience as many others, size wrong, poor quality and made of plastic. Have emailed, phoned and now their "contact details" are unavailable. Like everyone else, I'm now £24.99 out of pocket, have been scammed and shouldn't have relied on a Facebook advert being genuine. A lesson learnt

If I could give this company zero stars I would. For a start they came from China, but put an England address, they sent the wrong size then wanted me to pay to send them back, then told me to keep them ones and they will send another pair in the right size, then they changed there mind and said I did have to send them back. Iv sent 16 emails from the 17th May and they have still not refunded my money. They did not even acknowledged my last email I sent even though iv said im going to trading standards.

This is obviously a scam . Ordered trainers weeks ago , queried delivery with them . Received an email saying they were very busy , sent another email 10 days later , no response , now website has gone and no response , this is theft , how many people have fallen for this . I ordered through Facebook , they need to vet their sellers better than this . I will never use Facebook to buy anything again .
