IP Issue… After the Payouts
My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been very disappointing, particularly regarding the timing of an IP-related breach.
The timeline is important:
• March–April: Alpha is now relying on IP records from this period as the basis for the breach.
• May: My live account was issued to me.
• June: I requested and received a payout after the live account had already been issued.
• July: I requested another payout, which was also successfully paid.
• August: Another payout was rejected due to the 1% rule issue. I later requested another payout in August, which was successfully paid.
• September: When I reached the next payout stage, Alpha suddenly raised the older March–April IP records and breached my account.
What I find difficult to understand is why IP activity from before my live account was even issued in May is now being used to breach an account that subsequently went through multiple payout reviews and successfully received payouts.
The IP evidence provided to me relates to older records, yet after those dates I obtained the live account, traded it, and passed multiple payout reviews.
I am not claiming that Alpha cannot investigate IP activity. I am simply asking: if these IP records were considered a serious account-access issue, why was this not identified during the previous payout reviews before reaching this stage?
I have only traded my own account and have not engaged in copy trading, group trading, hedging, or operated another user’s account.
I am sharing this experience so other traders can be aware of the timeline and make their own judgment.

I have completely lost all trust in…
I have completely lost all trust in Alpha Capital I’d even advise not to use Alpha futures even though I don’t trade with them
Alpha Capital has
*Denied all my payouts
*Used random excuses/lies
*Built fake trust with the help of YouTubers/tiktokers and their affiliate links
*create fake reviews
*positive customer service reviews are to bring their rating up
*closing/freezing trades
*making up new rules when you pass
Making excuses not to give you a funded account
This is what I experienced with Alpha Capital
I have a conspiracy theory that they research your name or something and check if you have a platform if you do they might pay you if you don’t PAYOUT DENIED SHADY SCAMMERS!!!!!
Extremely Disappointing Handling of My Account – Lack of Transparency and Communication
I traded with Alpha Capital for more than two years, purchased more than 25 accounts, and actively promoted Alpha within my trading community during that time. I accepted previous breaches when the rules and calculations were clear.
Unfortunately, my experience with account 2883427 completely changed my view of the company.
My account was breached under the Max Risk Rule and the 10-minute cooldown rule. My main issue was not simply the existence of the rule. My concern was that I was never directly informed about this specific condition, and I genuinely did not receive the email from 21 July that Alpha claims was sent regarding this rule.
I asked Alpha to verify whether that email was actually delivered to my registered email address. I was told that they could not verify an individual email because of their mailing system. I explained that I had never unsubscribed from their mailing list and that I continue to receive other Alpha emails normally, yet I did not receive that particular email.
I also raised questions regarding the “Age” values and timestamps shown on the dashboard because they did not match the information I could see in MT5. Eventually, I was simply told to ignore the “Age” values because they were not relevant to the rule.
I repeatedly asked for clarification, not special treatment. Instead of having every question properly addressed with concrete information, I was eventually told that the matter was closed and that if I continued to raise questions, Alpha would terminate our partnership and exclude me from future services.
In the end, Alpha offered me a full refund, but only together with termination of our relationship and exclusion from future Alpha services. I accepted the refund because no other option was offered, but accepting the refund does not mean that I agree that the way this rule was communicated or applied to my account was fair.
What disappointed me the most was the way the entire situation was handled. After more than two years as a client, purchasing more than 25 accounts and actively promoting the company, I expected a much more transparent and professional approach.
I am not saying that traders should be allowed to break the rules. Rules are necessary. However, when a rule can result in the loss of an entire funded account, the communication and calculation should be completely clear, and legitimate questions from a client should be answered with concrete evidence rather than simply closing the conversation.
My personal experience has left me with the impression that once a trader becomes successful or profitable, protecting the company’s interests can become more important than genuinely addressing the trader’s concerns.
I hope Alpha proves me wrong in the future and improves the way situations like this are handled.
If Alpha ever provides a fully transparent explanation and demonstrates that my concerns were genuinely taken into consideration, I will be willing to update this review.
Ban for no reason
Say anything to not pay you out, the kick you off the prop firm for rules you haven’t broke
Alpha Funded is the worst funded…
Alpha Funded is the worst funded account provider; there are complaints regarding withdrawals, so do not trust this platform at all.
Very good propfirm easy to get in…
Very good propfirm easy to get in contact with their costumer service team, I recentrly received my first payout after going through risk interview and passing it successfully. Overall I recommend. In my experience all the payouts I’ve received (3) they all get processed within 2 working days mainly on the second day.
They suspended my dashboard can’t sign…
Alpha Capital has suspended my dashboard and I can no longer sign in. I have contacted their support multiple times and sent several emails, yet after 2 days I still haven’t received a single response or meaningful explanation.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. If you are going to suspend someone’s account, the least you can do is clearly explain why and actually respond when the customer contacts you.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I am left with no communication and no way of knowing what is happening with my account. Silence from support after multiple emails is not how a professional prop firm should operate.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering Alpha Capital think very carefully before spending their money. Don’t just look at the positive reviews — look at how the company handles customers when something goes wrong.
My experience so far has been extremely disappointing. Until Alpha Capital provides a proper explanation and responds to my emails, I cannot recommend this company.
Reliable prop firm with a great support team.
Reliable prop firm with a really helpful team regarding any enquiries. Any time I've had any specific questions, the team monitoring the "Ask-Alpha" discord channel have been able to answer and help me with every enquiry I have had.
The only thing I would say to take note of is that they follow both myfxbook and ForexFactory regarding high impact news events. Some news events come up as red folders on myfxbook, but not on ForexFactory. Just take note of this as it could result in a denied payout, but other than this everything has been great, thanks.
I have been trading with Alpha Capital…
I have been trading with Alpha Capital since 2023, but on August 17, 2026, they refused my payout. They cited the reason that my CID number and residential postal code matched those of my wife. I provided proof that the other account belonged to my wife; we live in the same household, share the same postal code, and use the same Wi-Fi network. Alpha even acknowledged that the account belonged to my wife, yet I am deeply disappointed by their decision—especially since her account has been inactive since 2024, following the birth of our child. Furthermore, I have never logged into my account using my wife's mobile phone. I have no idea how they verify CID numbers.
My qualified account number is 2773879.
Successfully pass interview and get paid
Best prop firm

Thank you sandi johnes
And after 6-7 hours I received payout from alpha capital group thank you alpha capital this prop firm customer service and trading conditions is very good and smooth I really love this prop firm
Do not waste your time here
I’ve been with Alpha Capital Group (CFDs) for several months. Previously, payouts were relatively fine. A couple of weeks ago, they removed their original affiliate program and introduced a "Super Affiliate" tier. I applied, got accepted, and actively promoted them, generating revenue for their company.
On September 2nd, I requested a payout for my affiliate commissions. After that, the runaround started. I waited 8 days. The payments team emailed me saying it was "approved" and would arrive within 24 hours. That was a lie. I followed up on WhatsApp and email multiple times after 30+ hours - again, completely ignored.
When I finally went to their public Discord chat and simply stated the facts about my delayed payout, what did they do? They instantly banned me from the server and deleted all my messages.
Right after they silenced me publicly, an admin DM'd me with a pathetic excuse trying to gaslight me, claiming there was a typo in my bank details (BIC code). However, my dashboard clearly showed my Bank Wire method as fully VERIFIED, and I received multiple payouts earlier using those EXACT same details without a single issue.
Because I publicly called them (I sent screenshot of my payout waiting since 2 september) they have now completely deleted my entire dashboard and all my active trading accounts including my active funded account and my Phase 2 evaluation account.
They are literally stealing paid assets and retaliating against clients/affiliates just for asking for their earned money. If they pull this scammy, illegal behavior and wipe out accounts over a delayed payout, imagine what they will do to you when you hit a large milestone or request a big profit split. Stay far away from Alpha Capital Group.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience with Alpha…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience with Alpha Capital Group so far
I purchased the $10K package with Alpha Capital Group and successfully completed the challenge and reached the funded stage. So far, I’ve had a really positive experience with the whole process.
I recently had an interview with Sandi Johnes from the Risk Team, and honestly, it was a great experience. He was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. The conversation was comfortable, and I really appreciate the time he took to explain things and discuss everything with me.
For me, the experience has been smooth and professional from the challenge stage through to getting funded. I’m now looking forward to continuing my trading journey with Alpha Capital Group.
At the moment, I’m waiting for my first payout, so I’ll definitely come back and update this review once I receive it. Hopefully everything continues to go smoothly. 🤞
So far, 5 stars from me based on my experience, and a special thanks to Sandi for the great conversation.
Looking forward to the next step!
Unexplained account deactivation, withheld payout, and weeks of no response
1. No explanation given for deactivation. I made no trades on account 2700247 after submitting my payout request, so there's no activity that could explain a Max Daily/Total Loss breach. I've requested the trade/transaction history and received nothing that clarifies this.
2. The deduction matches my profit exactly. A $5,853 deduction on this account lines up precisely with the profit I'd earned this appears to be the sole basis for the alleged "breach," not any actual rule violation.
3. This account was not part of the flagged reverse-trading pair. The opposing positions the firm identified were solely between two other accounts, 2703480 and 2756417. Account 2700247 has no trades connected to either.
4. The flagged trade was a genuine mistake, not a hedge. I opened an opposite-direction position on 2703480 just to keep the account active, and did so by error against an open position on 2756417 not to lock in risk-free profit. The trade lasted 0.17 seconds before closing, which is consistent with an accidental entry, not a deliberate hedge held for gain.
5. The withdrawal breakdown doesn't support withholding the full amount. Of the $7,588 requested, $2,906 came from account 2703480 (the one actually involved in the flagged trade) and $4,682 came independently from account 2700247. I don't dispute a deduction of the $2,906 tied to the error but the $4,682 earned separately on an unaffected account should not be withheld.
I've raised all of this through the proper channels and simply been ignored for weeks. I'm requesting a clear explanation, the relevant trade history, and restoration of my account status and payout on 2700247, consistent with the firm's own findings that this account wasn't part of the flagged activity.
I’m quite disappointed with Alpha…
I’m quite disappointed with Alpha Capital.
At the beginning, everything looked very good: fair rules and a fair environment. I was genuinely surprised because it seemed that someone in this business had decided to take the right path.
The problems started when I requested my first payout, which was rejected twice before I finally received it. The reason given was not strong enough to really justify withholding the payment.
Then, with my second account, after I passed Phase 2, I was forced to start the challenge again from Phase 1 because, during a previous Phase 1, I had one trade taken during the news that covered more than 50% of the profit within less than two minutes, which apparently violated the rules.
This is where the real issue started.
Alpha Capital changed its rules on 21/07, and the new account I received to retake the challenge was issued after that date. This means the daily drawdown was now 3%. For Alpha Pro 2-Step accounts, before 21/07, I considered the rules and trading environment to be among the best of all the prop firms I have tested so far.
However, I believe it is necessary to call the attention of those responsible for keeping the company running to an important point: **if your clients matter, and if the money they provide to your company matters, you need to start listening to your clients.**
The first-line support is useless.
The second-line support, if we can even call it that, is not doing its job. They either intentionally wait 48 hours to provide an answer, or they provide an answer that does not actually solve the problem.
I have had my funded account blocked twice because of the new rules. Sorry, but I have been working in IT for more than 25 years, and this excuse does not work for me. You have a CRM system that can resolve this kind of issue in less than five seconds.
Now I have been waiting one week to have my access restored to my funded account. This is simply disrespectful to your clients.
I also want to remind you that the last time this happened, I lost $300 in credit because it was not added back to my account. I sent two emails regarding this issue and specifically requested that the credit be restored, but both emails were completely ignored.
Yes, I eventually received the payout, but honestly, **getting access to my money was a bigger fight than actually earning it through trading.**
Please do something about this.
I strongly recommend returning to the rules and conditions that were in place before the changes. If you genuinely want Alpha Capital to remain in the market for years, rather than just a few months, you need to start listening to your clients and treating them with the respect they deserve.
They are not issuing funded account…
They are not issuing funded account after clearing evaluation phases . Been waiting for 10 days. Live support and Discord admin are helpless as well .Keep telling to write emails to compliance team which does reply to your emails.
