These hearing aids are more like amplifiers

I've had a problem with one of the hearing aids not working at all ,they are more of an amplifier and don't pick up on finer sounds, adjusting the volume is hit and miss,these hearing aids are nothing like hearing aids should be, so disappointed to say the least.

Phone was answered quickly

Phone was answered quickly, and the person I spoke to was immediately able to identify the items I needed. Goods arrived two days later. Couldn’t realistically ask for better.

AWKWARD…

The items were received on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, and something I have always found a priority, the tone and response to any enquiry.

This consisted of a call to the supplier:

He did not answer the call with any details except from an abrupt, hello. The rest of the conversation was stilted and uncomfortable.

I was surprised as I was made to feel that I was taking up his time and all I was doing was placing an order?
