Slow to send and to answer.
I ordered an item, which was supposed to be a christmas gift. The webpage stated that it would be shipped within one work day, so I didn't worry. When it still hadn't been send five days later, I e-mailed them to let them know not to bother, since it wouldn't make it here in time for christmas anyway. Now, four days after new year, they have written to let me know that it has been send. So not only did it take them ten work days to send, but apparently they also haven't read my e-mail to cancel my order. Now I can look forward to receive an item I have absolutely no need for - great.

Sweden continues to dissapoint... This company couldn't deliver my package before christmas even though i ordered 12 days before, and refused to answer my messages until the last day before the holiday started, so i now have one afternoon to find something else. Assuming i leave work. This place sucks major swedish balls.

Delivered on time and expected quality. :)
I would have liked to be able to choose the post office I wanted the package sent to. There's one 800m away from my house that happens to be in a different post code and because of that, I had to go 8km to get it.
Other than that - Good Stuff!

Very easy to find what I wanted, get it ordered and sent with arrival in time for Christmas. Only issue with things was the size of the box. Hard to hide when picking it up with the husband in tow. :) I managed, however. Excellent work, AlphaGeek
