Worst customer service of my life. First time I’ve ever wrote a review but glad to write this one. Almost 2 months waiting on my order and still no response back. Jokeeeee

I seriously wish I would have searched the reviews before buying anything!! I have been waiting a long time for my package and when I track it, the site says Destination Country New Zealand and I'm in Canada!! I am giving up hope of ever receiving it, and it was a Christmas gift. I cannot find a phone number to call them, I can see why they don't post one, they don't want everyone's complaints! Very unimpressed.

Terrible low quality!
The worst customer service. Return a product is imposible.
The clothes are not as shown in the website.

I buy a lot of products from China.
So far , this company is worse company to deal with shipping.
It has been more than 2 months ever since I ordered. They said it is normal and told me might take 3 -4months.
This is ridiculous. I never order from this place.

Never got my order, never got a refund. I emailed them 10+ times requesting a refund and they refused to do so. This company is a scam.

SCAM!!!!! I paid them, they took my money and I never received the product. They "claimed" that it wasn't their fault and it was probably another fraudulent company. LIES! Do not buy from these people.

At 1st i was upset with my transaction but after customer support helped me out i am very pleased. The shorts could of been of better quality but but still not bad, i cant find these type of shorts really anywhere except amazon but these are a little better than amazon ones. I am happy they really wanted to help me

Ordered a faded red skull shirt.
Received a purple skull t shirt.
Sent a picture and they will send me another shirt at a slight discount and I pay shipping to return.
What the heck!?
Should have searched this site before I ordered. No more

Zero stars!! Absolute rubbish quality. Sizes are wrong and you have to pay an import tax in the UK, mine was £12.17. I've just about had enough of substandard clothing being sold on insta and amazon. Just go to a shop so you can try on and see the quality! Almost impossible to contact them to complain so I've rang my bank and reported them for fraud, I've received my money back that way (apart from the import tax). Stay well clear!!

This lot really are useless!! Having advertised free UK Shipping, which they do not, and then complaining to them, which they ignore, you track them down on Facebook, to be blocked. If l could give less than 1 star l would happily do so! Avoid at all costs

I agree with the other reviews regarding the appalling service. It stated on the web site free delivery to the UK.... what they don't mention that the items are from China. The import duty for two light weight gym tops was £12. DON'T USE

Don't buy from this site..! The items get shipped directly from China, they take a long time to arrive. They sent items separately rather than in one package, which cost me extra handling charges.
The cherry on the top, is after you've paid top money, plus customs & handling fees, the clothes are complete junk. As stated in other reviews, worthless..!!
Shame on you Instagram for letting them advertise.

Just read the reviews but for anyone looking for these shorts I found something similar from Amazon so you may want to look into it. Just search joggers shorts on Google. Just be aware it will give you a lot of shorts for joggers (running). Here is the link I found though.

Do not ever buy anything of this scam of a company! I now realise this after being fleec of my money and have found this die wh al these bad stories that match my dealings with these crooks

This company is truly a fraud.... If there was a zero (0) star rating, I would rate this form in the negatives

- items will get delivered from China, which is not an issue but they failed to tell you that the measurement metrics they post online are not within standard in the US.

- if items don't fit and you want to exchange or return that's when you as a customer sees how bad they are.

- If you ask for an exchange, their customer service (via email, no number on their site) will divert you to simply reorder those items with a 15% discount, but if you insist on getting an exchange, they will not provide you with a return address.

If you want a refund, forget it about it.

To nail the coffin, I'm s very prudent guy when it comes to my personal info but I was hacked for the first time, days after using my card with them. My bank, Navy Fed told me customers who purchase from their site has a greater risk of being hacked through PayPal. Mmmmm.

PS, they claim they offer a 7-day return policy, good luck...
