Please note that my reply to this review might not reflect everything in it as Aitor Torres has now edited his original review, and might do it again. If his review claims something that I have not addressed in the below, it means he has changed his review again.
Since I'm not going to continue monitoring this review for changes, I am linking to his review as it was on 12 March 2026 here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GX2m4b2M02JWKtzC2wAJx3cz_YhpSO_iX_JlnJhZgZs/edit?usp=sharing
I'll stick to the facts and Aitor's specific points.
1) "The mentorship trap: A guarantee you cannot keep."
On the money‑back guarantee: when Aitor joined on 30 October 2025, he signed terms that explain exactly what is required on both sides for the guarantee to apply after 6 months together (outbound volume, content, and call attendance). He then took a one‑month pause starting 15 December, and began asking for a refund on 19 February 2026, effectively around month 3 of active work.
In his time with us, he completed roughly 500 LinkedIn connection requests and about 20 walk‑ins, which led to some promising interest but not booked meetings yet. For a brand‑new, unproven offer, that level of activity is well below the minimum threshold required to even have a chance for 1-2 sales calls.
After this minor setback, Aitor brought up the money back guarantee, which led me to remind him that his work volume would not qualify him for that. I offered an additional month of support at no charge so we could increase his volume and see it through, but he chose not to continue.
The terms of the guarantee require that for 4 out of 6 months, clients perform
100 manual outreaches per week plus follow ups, that's 20 per day OR
5,000 automated emails per week (done through a tool)
2 LinkedIn posts per week
2 YouTube videos per month.
For proof, I am linking to the T&Cs Aitor Torres signed on 30 October here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UNXZar2Ivt9I60MCxSrreKl8kw65QNjL/view?usp=sharing.
I leave it to the reader of this thread to judge whether sending 20 manual outreaches (+ follow ups) per weekday for 4 out of 6 months, and the content volume required means "16 hour days".
Re 480 hours of work & "Michal’s coaching actively forces you to void the money back guarantee":
Aitor indeed spent a lot of time on crafting his VSL script & new offer narrative. However, far from "forcing" anyone to do anything, we never suggest that this must be done before starting outreach. To the contrary, we regularly remind our clients that the single biggest predictor of their success is outreach volume & we encourage it from Day 1.
"2. Not built for real companies (Only for solo freelancers)"
This paragraph claims we require 10,000 manual messages to be sent. This is not true as per the T&Cs. It is true, however, that most of our clients are solopreneurs because we specialize in supporting b2b service providers who depend on referrals and their network. We share the work requirement (10-20h/week) up front. Also worth noting that in 2026, we're adding Done-for-you services for more advanced businesses which will require less work from them.
"3. Misleading scale of the community"
We onboard 5-10 clients/mo, and the program is 6 months. So naturally, at any given time there will be 30-60 members in the community.
We never advertise our own scale and the community as a deciding factor for clients to join the program. In fact, we discourage clients who are in search of a strong community experience from joining us since most of our clients prefer 1-1 support.
Whether our system is proven and successful: Our testimonial page
www.alphaleadacademy.com/testimonials
contains numerous case studies, videos and stories of clients who succeeded with our system.
This Trustpilot page was only started in September 2025, which is why the volume of reviews is smaller than that on our Testimonials page.
I hope that these points help the reader to make up their own mind.
