I’ve ordered a few times from alphalete. The quality of the product has definitely gone down over time. My first pair of sweats were excellent. Wore them every day or so for a couple years and we rev very durable. More recent purchases the quality of the product has gone down. Bought a work out shirt and it became really rough against my skin after a few uses and washes.

Most recently, I ordered a pair of pants that were on sale but they haven’t come yet. That was almost 2 months ago.

When I asked for a refund they wouldn’t give it to me. After I get my pants, likely won’t order from them again.

I recently ordered a pair of leggings and realized that I ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer service and received a prompt and courteous response. They handled the issue very well. I highly recommend this company. I believe some of these 1-star reviews are exaggerated and are not very accurate.

Ordered during their Nov Black Friday sale (2020) and got the package two days before Christmas (23rd). Literally bought last minutes backup gifts for my girlfriend thinking it wasn’t going to come in on time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt given it was Christmas time so they might have been struggling to keep up. The grey set I got her turned out to be see-through (thin), but figured it was due to the light colour so would (again) give them the benefit of the doubt. I love the designs so i decided to buy some clothes for myself at the birthday sale (Feb 6). Once the order went through, I didn’t get an email receipt but the transaction went through on my credit card. Had a ticket to talk to someone and after two weeks they finally sent me a receipt. Took about a month to ship from their warehouse (suspect) and made it all the way to the Canadian border just for Alphalete to RETURN THE ORDER BACK TO THEIR WAREHOUSE. No notification, no refund, no explanation. Have been again waiting for a week to talk to someone just to get my money back. They ignore you on social media and don’t have a public number to call. I’m not the only one to experience this. Do not WASTE your money here, they don’t deserve a dollar for they way they treat their customers. Garbage company. Wish I could give a rating lower than one star.

Ordered $150 worth of product for their birthday sale in February. Got the items and needed to exchange 3 of them; 2 for a smaller size and 1 for the same thing because what I got had an oil stain on it. Took 2 weeks to get a response but I gave them grace because of the cold weather they were dealing with. It’s been another 2-3 weeks and I’ve since followed up 4 times and have not heard anything. Reported to the BBB and at this point I just want my money back.

Snakes. My husband and I ordered over $350 of clothing on February 6, 2021. It is now March 22, 2021. No sign that the package has even shipped. Customer service sends an automated “apology for delays” but no human response. They stole my money.

I've ordered probably 3 times total from Alphalete. All of the orders (even non launch days) took almost 2 months to ship. The last order they did not reply to my emails/tickets for questions regarding my order, and the original package was completely lost. Don't order, Gymshark is just as good, if not better.

My bf got me the amplify leggings and shorts and honestly I couldn’t have been happier with them. I wear them constantly. HOWEVER, he ordered back in Nov 2020 and didn’t receive them until Jan 2021 (and for some reason the package was left on the doorstep ripped wide open.....). I liked the amplify collection so much that I ordered again for their sale on Feb 6. Still no sign of them. Unlike others I’ve been able to track my package... except the package was sent back to sender Mar 18... doesn’t state why. I’ve heard of other Canadians having the same issue. Really wish alphalete would do something about it.

Ordered in Feb, 6 weeks later I haven't received my order (which was very expensive), they don't reply to my emails or messages on Instagram. There is no tracking number. This company is a scam, they'll just steal your money and not actually send the product.

Ordered on feb 12th n yet to receive my items. Status on their page says it is shipped but when i tried tracking my shipment, tracking number not found and tracking attempt was unsuccesful. Already emailed them but no response. Till now i still have no idea what happened to my order. Hopefully will receive response from them and also my order soon!

I’ve ordered a few items over the years from this company and at first i thought maybe it was a faulty item. However, all of my items have shown to rip after a few wears.
Also, be prepared to wait 2 months + for shipping. It’s ridiculous. Never buying from them again!

Easily the worst customer service. Made an order in December, they lost it but gave me no notification, after my third email they realized the package was lost. Placed another order with the same items, the first package shows up, and when my first package hadn’t shipped a month after ordering I sent an email asking to change the colours. They said I could, I responded immediately with my changes, and a week later I get a shipping confirmation with the original colours. No one has responded or helped at all. Still haven’t received my items and they told me to return them and exchange when they arrive... maybe I’ll see the stuff next January?

Terrible customer service, won't even reply to their emails. I emailed them, messaged them in the last 2 weeks and nothing. Do not support this company. Trying to cancel my order and its nearly impossible. Shipping can take up to 2 months to arrive after your purchase.

More than a month waiting for my order to be delivered, also customer support is the worst ever.. never ordering from that company again

Husband bought me 4 pairs of the alphalete leggings and I loved them! I received them as my Xmas gift. Looking online I found they are 72+ dollars. Save your money. I got them for Xmas so imagine end of December and by end of February all of them had rips at the seams. One of the pairs was the first day I got them. Their customer service offered a replacement for the 1 but didn’t care about the others. The options were 1) replacement same color and size 2) a gift card for half the price or 3) return the item and I pay for shipping. I was at the gym and AFTER my workout a stranger told me I had a rip in my pants. Embarrassed I left immediately since I didn’t know how long I have walked around the gym with a rip on my bum. All in all if you would like to wear these leggings 1-4 times max at a 72 dollar price tag... go for it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They actively ignore your tweets, dms, comments and email when there is an issue with your order. They would rather ignore you and save face on social media than actually treat you like a customer. You invest so much money into their very expensive products only to be treated like nothing. They take forever to ship and they don't ship CHRONOLOGICALLY, meaning you MAY not get all the items you purchased because they would have ran out of STOCK. Not a professional company WHAT SO EVER. They only care about marketing and sales, you are nothing as a customer to them.

Bought the men flat rose pants and it came with a hole in it! No response from them I keep emailing!!

And the automatic return thing is claiming “this item is non refundable”

Absolute scam! Stay away guys!

Anybody else suspicious that Alphalete ships directly from China? We made a couple of orders from alphalete before, our last order in November 2020, we live in Canada. And it took about 9 weeks. We made a lot of excuses for them, but we found another friend that said yeah it takes 8-12 weeks. Im comparing all companies based in USA or even the ones we are ordering from UK and other American companies they are also dealing with the covid situation. The fact that we can even make orders from Asia and it arrives faster than from "Houston Texas" makes me suspicious of a couple of things, 1. They choose not to hire enough warehouse dispatchers to help handle our product, 2. they too scared to lose money so only have a certain amount of inventory in their warehouse, once it is out of stock (,on their end) they quickly reorder from China to ship to their houston warehouse and THEN ship to us. That seems like the only thing that makes sense. It specifically just with this company where every time seems like the wrong time.. so when is it a good time to order then to get regular speed shipping from 'Houston texas' to Canada.. idk.. it's weird. Made an order Feb 6th, today is feb 25 and it hasn't left the warehouse for shipment yet. So everyone can kinda see the pattern. For international buyers if you are okay with waiting 2-3 months then it won't be a problem. Always use PayPal to buy from these kinds of companies. Sorry but every clothing company is dealing with covid and those ones are even busier and more popular than you.. so... yeah.. and im not basing this on the storm even though I order forever ago way before the storm hit. Even last year was an issue. Stop ordering stuff from China and sending it to your warehouse and than sending it to us, stock up on your inventory, I rather see the sold out sign then to wait 3 months.

I don't work for them nor am I getting paid to write this review. People need to realize that Alphalete is located in Houston Tx. Immediately after their birthday sale, the power grid collapsed and people were without power, food, jobs and heat for a week, more in some cases. Pile that on top of the fact that the birthday sale was already a huge logistical challenge and boom - you get backups and a lack of communication. It sucks but things happen and when you're not in the thick of it, it's easy to forget. My birthday sale purchase JUST shipped nearly a month after I ordered, and according to tracking, it looks like they overnighted it to me using a private courier. I didn't pay for express shipping, so I think this is amazing of them, especially considering how the the USPS is probably in the midst of a logistical nightmare. To people still waiting, I urge you to be patient. You will get your order ❤️

Same as other people here!
3 weeks and counting, no updates, no communication whatsoever, we know that they got hit bad by the storm but as a company they should atleast be prepared to update the customers on whats goin on.

It’s been three weeks... not even shipped . NEVER buying from them again.
