**EDIT - it’s funny how the evening after this review I got an email acknowledging my return and then the money came through today (21st Jan). It really shouldn’t have required me to leave a crappy review to have my money returned.**

Returned an item which was signed for by them on the 23rd December. Sent to the address stated on their website, included my original packaging slip with reason for returning.

Still haven’t heard anything. Emailed twice, messaged on Instagram and Twitter.

I’m out £38 now that they’re refusing to acknowledge or refund me.

Horrible company to TRY to deal with. Non-delivery of item from well over a month ago, no refund, no sign of item, no response to multiple emails & queries via social media.... yet they continue to be extremely active across multiple social media platforms, advertising new releases and sharing content from their 'influencers'.... but sadly no interest in their customers. Check out their IG profile - littered with comments from dissatisfied customers. Alphalete are sat on a huge amount of money from hundreds, if not thousands of customers, whose orders have not been fulfilled or refunded.

I made my order on the 20th November 2021 during the Black Friday sale and I still have not received my order yet? I have sent Alphalete uk a lot of emails and after weeks of waiting I eventually receive an email stating that for some reason they were unable to get one of the items on my order even though it was in stock at the time of when the order was made and further more I carried out the transaction at the start of there Black Friday sale? I have ordered from Alphalete numerous of this in the past without this problem but this whole scenario will make me think twice about ordering from them again because its not worth the hassle and there are other gym wear companies that are a lot more professional and respectful towards their customers.

I sent an order back tracked over 3 weeks ago and still have not received confirmation or refund, even though it has been delivered. Over £120 lost!!

Poor quality gym wear, totally over priced. I lost my returns form and emailed them asking for a new one, they never responded so now I’m stuck with £180 worth of gym clothing I will NEVER wear. Will never buy from there ever again. Big mistake. Stick to gymshark.

Bought the Alphalete Amplify Leggings - great quality, like a 100 denier tight x 1000, with extra stretch. Not had a pair of leggings like it and I really love them. Figure hugging on the waist but so stretchy that they don't feel like they cut of circulation to the bottom half of your body. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is for 2 reasons. Firstly, the student discount is only available via US methods, not UK UniDays or UK university verification methods. Secondly, the dispatch time took 14 days, however, they were ordered during their Black Friday Sale so I can't really complain too much here. Overall a good experience, no issues with shipping, but I didn't contact customer service so not sure on the quality of their team in that department. Love the leggings so will definitely be buying from there again - also no additional customs fees so thats always helpful.

Ordered in the Black Friday sale, almost a month since ordering I get an email cancelling my order due to stock issues ( I ordered within 2 hours of the sale starting U.K.) - was a Christmas present it’s sold out and now double the price. The remuneration was free shipping, yet they held my money for a month, no email in respect of issues til I chased- no point ordering again.

Absolutely terrible experience, it’s been almost 4 weeks for my order with no update of the status whatsoever regardless of how many tickets I’ve submitted, very poor customer services, I should’ve read these reviews before going ahead with my purchase… first and LAST time I deal with this company

This is an update as of 11th Jan 2022:
I requested cancellation of the order in December and requested a refund, until today I have not received any of the refund or an update of the status of the refund!!! “””Absolutely terrible company”””

I was super excited to get my merch from this company, but now I’m kicking myself for not reading these reviews ahead of time.

I’ve tried several times to contact customer service in order to change my ship to address because DHL doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes or Army Post Office….which I was unaware of. I submitted three tickets to Alphalete, sent 4 emails, and DM’d their instagram twice. NOTHING. I’m now trying to get a hold of DHL so I don’t have to pay the “customs fee” a second time for my second order so hopefully this works out. But the customer service at Alphalete is atrocious and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them one bit.

As if waiting 11 days for my order to be delivered after paying £6 for UK delivery wasn’t bad enough, the customer services team refused to refund my shipping costs within the most patronising email I have ever read from a retailer. Firstly I’d recommend a cheaper/longer shipping option and secondly, perhaps you should consider managing customers “fulfilment times” expectations before they spend £6 on an express service. Overall great leggings (my absolute favourite), but rude customer service and long fulfilment times

I placed an order and the courier company delivered the item i.e. left outside the property when I was not at home. When I arrived in the evening I looked around checked with the neighbours but couldn't find it.

I then contacted customer services and had no reply for a week I sent another reminder, left a message on their Instagram no response. Someone then responded saying that due to COVID it may take extra time which was out of the blue as I explained to them was no signed for and got misplaced.

It's been a month since I placed an order and I am yet to receive the items. I sent another reminder yesterday but off course I can read the other reviews about their customer service. Complete waste of my time as I now have asked for a refund.

So this is my experience with Alphalete Athletics UK - I ordered several tops in one size from them and found they were not a good fit. Upon looking at the returns I noticed they do not accept returns with a 30% or more sale on the item. Several of the items I had were in this sale. I then emailed their customer services to ask if there was anyway they could be exchanged. As I did not hear back for at least 3 days I became nervous and looked them up on Trustpilot. Upon reading the reviews on here I was feeling really let down. Then on 4th day I heard back from one of their customer service representatives to say as a will of good gesture they would accept any of the items I was not happy with and would issue a full refund. I then replied asking if I could buy a selection of tops to see exactly what my size is. Again it took around 4 days to hear back and they said absolutely no problem at all. So I bought a few more tops in various sizes and contacted them back again with what I was keeping and what I wanted to return. 4 days later I got all the returns information from Alphalete Athletics UK. I have since returned the tops and have just been issued a full refund.

I would say, just be patient and polite with the customer service representative and hopefully you too will find them to be helpful and understanding. Alphalete's clothes are really well made and I do enjoy wearing them. Hope this helps some of you and puts your mind at ease if you are having issues.

Came a day early to Finland. Grate products little pricy but good products.

I have been a customer of Alphalete for quite some time, but I have become increasingly disappointed with their pretty much non-existent customer service.

I had received two - worn and faulty - items from this company and I had to not only send it back to them at MY EXPENSE, but I also had wait OVER A MONTH to get a refund, and I only got this refund when I started action to get my money back from my credit card company.

If you go to their Instagram page, you will see that I am not the only one who is frustrated with this issue.

Faulty items, terrible customer service.

I've ordered a few time from Alphalete over the last few years and as their product line has got bigger, their service has got worse.

From waiting for 3-4 weeks for Black Friday orders, to having 2 pairs of leggings both rip in the same place. The first pair took 2 weeks to arrange an exchange. Now the exchanged pair has ripped, 1 week and 3 emails to their service desk and I'm still yet to hear back.

I've ordered a large t-shirt in the past that's been super tight and then an XL that's been like a tent, but due to having to pay to return, I've always just left it. (sort it out, 90% of the market offer free returns)

I'm just about to put in another ticket, fingers crossed someone actually actions it.

It's a real shame, I love the designs and most of the products are great quality, even if the sizes are hit and miss.

If it wasn't for the poor ops/admin side, I'd have been a lifelong customer. But due to the poor level of service I've received, I'm going to have to find a different brand.

Ordered on 1st of March from UK store to EU.
Order did not arrive within 20 Days.
Contacted Customer Support, they gave Brexit as excuse for being late and no tracking.
They proposed to wait for 29th of March and I accepted.
Now on 11th of April still no package arrived, no reaction or answer from customer support.
They scammed me out of more than 60 british pounds.

Order something every drop. Top quality and super comfy clothes for in and out of the gym! A little pricey but you get what you pay for!
