Awesome customer service!! I received my table as promised and on time, but there was a part missing. I emailed customer service after hours and by the next morning had a response that they were on it! After discussing solutions and having explained that I really really needed it to make my Christmas dinner work, they had it fixed within 2 days! Super responsive to communications and really worked to help me find a solution. These people are great.

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Phi Villa! Recently, a product I purchased was damaged during a storm, and though it was completely through no fault of theirs, Phi Villa went above and beyond to replace it.

The installation was the easiest I've ever done. I was able to put the product together with no trouble. Also, customer service was great and very responsive.

I love my new Patio Dining Set, it's very comfortable and pretty easy to assemble. We have an incident with one of the chairs but the customer services team was amazing, answered my emails and fixed the problem immediately. Very pleased with this product from ordering to delivery to set up!

Was a bit skeptical at first on whether they would help me out but they did an excellent job of fulfilling my request. They were very prompt in sending me the parts I needed to replace damaged poles on a tent I purchased. Would do business with them again.

Our furniture set came with missing screws so we weren't able to complete one chair. I sent an email and immediately a new screw package was sent. Their rep was in constant communication with updates.

After looking all over the internet for a quality smoker at a fair price I found this off set smoker on the Walmart web site. At the time I didn't realize the smoker was made by Alphamarts but the design and price were perfect for what I had been looking for. I got the Black Friday price and free shipping. Because I put it together, I saved even more money. It arrived when they promised, and a friend and I put it together in just under 2 hours. I have fired it off 2 times to season it and am ready to start smoking. I will add for the price it is as good as one of the well-known brands and has the same options and has exceeded all my expectations. Do I sound happy? I am very pleased with the Customer service and rate it 5 stars with no exceptions.

Had an issue with my office chair I bought this past May, unfortunately they can out of the part I needed but replaced the price of the chair with something else I could use. Overall, a pretty painless procedure for warranty claims.

When opening the box of cookware I was dimayed to find the smallest pan was slightly distorted and the lid would not fit. As the items were well packed, it must have happened before despatch. I am highly delighted with the look and quality of the range. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond. After sending photos of the pan, they were quick to offer me a refund as a spare was unavailable. (And I am still able to use this as a milk pan!) If I need any further items, this company will be first on my list.

So my dehumidifier was having issues and I contacted Alphamarts because it was 6-months old and out of Amazons 30 day exchange. They were so quick to get back to me and ask me to take a video of what it was doing. They then contacted me for my address so they could send me the newer model free of charge and they told me to not return the defective one and to just dispose of it. 2-days later the new one was delivered and it has more features than the defective one had. I’m so impressed with this company as they have great customer service.

Great customer service -- I had a minor issue with the tent cover, and customer service worked quickly to send a replacement.
