Was an easy purchase and I really love my PC :)

Really impressed with the spec, build quality and performance of my son's new Alphasync Diamond gaming pc. We looked at several other manufacturer's models around the same price point and this was the best option by far. Had it 2 weeks and so far it's performed faultlessly running newly released games like 'Sons of the forest' etc.

I placed an order with Alphasync and needed to liaise with Technical support regarding my order. Spencer @ Tech Support was fast, efficient and helpful throughout.

Fantastic bit of kit, so far I have been blow away by the performance and build of the PC.
Very impressed with AlphaSync and would recommend to anyone looking for a prebuilt PC!

Arrived early and works like a dream. RGB lights come with a remote which is a nice touch.

This was my 1st time buying a prebuilt system in nearly 20 years of pc gaming. The value for money and 3 year warranty pushed me towards alphasync. I'd recommend alphasync to others, the system is well built and I had no problems setting up and booting. Been running for a month and a half now and no issues as of yet. The front panel was damaged during delivery which was no fault of theirs but after a customer services representative reached out to see how i was finding the new pc I mentioned this to them and they sent a replacement panel straight away.

Great PC. Easy to setup and a good support network letting me know that if anything cropped up they were only a phone call / email away.

The product is excellent, no faults at all. But the website Ebuyer where I ordered it from caused a bit of a problem with the order, so the delivery was late. But please don't let this put you off because it was definitely worth the wait.

Amazing product. Would recommend anyone wanting a pre built PC to go with alpha sync, I have no problems at all with the PC and the quality is amazing. You get what you pay for yes its expensive but I will not need an upgrade for a very long time. 5 stars.

Overall, AlphaSync has provided a top-tier PC. I usually build my own systems, however, with the recent scalping on certain parts it worked out roughly the same cost to buy it pre-built so thought why not save myself a few hours?

The cable management on the PC itself is excellent, and pretty much what I'd have done, if not better! As well as shipping the PC itself, I actually received a box with additional items in such as; a wireless network adapter, SSD mounting plate, SATA cables and a few more bits.

If you're looking for a solid PC, don't hesitate to put your faith in AlphaSync as they know exactly what they're doing.

Really easy to order and arrived super quickly. PC itself is great quality. I’ve never owned a gaming PC before but descriptions made it really easy to decide this one was for me.

Quick delivery, easy setup too. Runs all the games I’d want very well, overall very happy.
