Critical Translation Error Causing me to Lose £300!
I received a translation from this company that contained critical translation error, making it completely unusable. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was shocking. Despite reaching out for a resolution, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I strongly advise against using this company for any translation needs. Absolutely disappointing experience.

The organization is unresponsive to customer emails. The hard copy for my certified translation is now lost in transit, and there is no way to track it because Alphatrad is not providing a tracking link despite repeated requests. Never again!
