Do not ever order from them I ordered…
Do not ever order from them I ordered in August and 8 didn't get my order I emailed them they got back onto me and said that if I don't get my package in a month they would give me a return but when a month's time I emailed them again no answer I have emailed the much more times and no response never order from them

Hi! We apologize for all delays. It appears this issue was already resolved and refunded. International Shipments are tricky and in accordance with our Policies we can not issue a Refund until the Package is Returned, Delivered or Marked as Lost.
Would have given a zero if possible
Would have given a zero if possible. I placed an order on August 4, which at the time the website said turn around times were one day. My order has been in "pre-transit" since and it is now October 12th. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the company and have yet to receive a response. I just want my money back so I can do business with a real company.

The Pre-Transit Notification only appears once we've fullfilled the order on our end, so it should have gone out and we were unaware it didn't until it was too late.

Utter Disappointment
On 8/5 I ordered a mechanical keyboard and mouse pad my daughter wanted for her Birthday she had seen on YouTube. On 8/15 I emailed Alpherior Keys to find out the status. I was told they didn't have the keyboard did I want a different model. I responded that I wanted take the other model, and asked when could I expect it. I never received a response. I emailed 3 more times to no avail. I also did dm them via twitter and never received a response. I have called the phone number on the website several times over the last 2 months. All I get is a message to communicate via the website. It is now October 2nd and I have received no communication. I will be contacting my credit card to now dispute the charge. Not to mention my daughter is disappointed.

Unfortunately due to the West Port Congestion the Restock Batch you Pre-ordered into was extremely delayed and we did not receive the Keyboards until the last week of NOV.
