Alpinebuses Reviews

We had an excellent experience with Alpine Buses from start to finish. Our driver Artur was first class and a top guy, who sent us messages well in advance of our arrival and ensured our family was welcomed at Geneva airport and provided a really smooth, comfortable transfer to Morzine. Water and treats for the kids provided too. Return transfer was equally great.
Highly recommend using Alpine Buses - excellent 👍🏻

Our driver Artur was very helpful and pleasant, great service, nothing was too much trouble, have gave us a nice little snack and drink package and let us stop at a shop at the airport to pick up some bits for our dinner.

Our driver Artur was a very safe driver, particularly on the steep curving roads up the mountain. He was very thoughtful and suggested a quick stop at the supermarket before it closed which was great as we then arrived at our accomodation with food for dinner and breakfast the next day.

Artur our driver was super friendly! He was on time for the pick up, quick responses over WhatsApp, spoke great English, made us feel comfortable and got us to our destination smoothly.

Would 100% recommend

Thank Artur!

Excellent all round service with no issues, definitely recommended.

A five star service that went above and beyond. A super clean transfer on time and ready for us. Great communication with Artur (our driver) who made sure everything went very smoothly (messaging to make sure everything was in place) and we got to our destination relaxed and in comfort. Would definitely recommend - thank you

Really good communication and smooth, safe driving by Serge. Thank you.

Excellent airport transfer with Artur, thoroughly recommend. We received clear communication ahead of the pick up via WhatsApp and SMS with further call when he arrived to collect us. Artur was polite, professional and it was a very smooth drive, everybody in our party could relax and enjoy the views.

The second time we’ve used Alpine Buses - absolutely superb!! Great communication from HQ and then what’s app message the day before from the driver introducing himself. Punctual, friendly. The vehicle was perfect and clean for our family transfer. Would absolutely use again

The team at Alpine Buses are very professional and organized. The ordering process is easy, and if you need to make any changes, it's a simple process. Additionally, you can email the team for support and they respond promptly.
As for the drivers, they are always professional and courteous and SAFE, skilled drivers. The vehicles they drive are clean and comfortable.
I have used Alpine Buses for several airport pick-ups and drop-offs and I have always had an excellent experience.
Their pricing is slightly higher than a few other companies, but the level of professionalism they deliver, and the trust they have built with me as a repeat customer is worth the additional cost.

Very professional and friendly drivers. All worked smoothly both ways

Very professional service. Anette was polite, her English speaking was impressive, she was a great driver and the transfer was very straightforward. Return transfer with Nikita was also excellent. Will use again.

Good communication through WhatsApp & email - the drivers were all polite & on time. Nothing was a hassle to stop if required along the way. Will continue to use Alphine :)

Competitive rates. Communication before each journey excellent. Drivers on time and very professional. Would certainly use Alpine Buses again.

Clear comms in advance. Sms message a day before or the morning of. The drivers were on time and professional.
My only critique, a bit heavy on the jazz tracks coming back.

Our driver was great. Excellent communication… very prompt. Thank you! Definitely recommend

Our driver Serge was careful kind and attentive. Even advised us to shop for essentials before we set off as shops would be closed at our destination. He waited patiently when we did so. The next day when we discovered we had left something in his vehicle he dropped it off at our apartment. Thank you.

Picked us up both ways no issues(he was early but didn't mind waiting) and communication was great. Best price on the internet so zero complaints

Excellent service, communicated well pre-arrival & got us to our destination on time
