Our shared transfers from Geneva Airport cover Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Chamonix, Val Thorens, Meribel, Courchevel, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Tignes and Val d'Isere!

Our shared fixed point services cover a wide area within each of our resorts, helping you get as close as possible to your accommodation for the best value in the Alps. Where possible we use coaches to reduce the carbon footprint of our services and offer the most eco-friendly option for our clients.

Our shared door 2 door transfers provide an additional last miles vehicle to get you right to your door. While a little more expensive, it is still cheaper than taking a private transfer so still provides great value while making your holiday easier. It can be a great option for families travelling with children, and people staying in amazing chalets that are often a little outside the main town. No on likes walking with heavy ski bags!

Packed in like sardines on to a minibus…

Packed in like sardines on to a minibus after FlixBus outsourced this journey to Alpine Fleet. Not at all comfortable for a 2+ hour journey.

My departure time was also changed from 1pm to 2pm with no explanation why or checking with me that that was ok for my schedule.

The communication from Alpine Fleet was fairly quick though, responsive via WhatsApp.

When booking with FlixBus, we do operate a range of vehicle sizes, from 20 to 78 seats, depending on the service and operational requirements. On your travel date, a 20-seater vehicle was used, and we appreciate that this may not have the vehicle you were expecting for a journey. We’ve passed your feedback on to our operations team for future considerations to note.

We also apologise for the change to your departure time. We received your Flight time of 18:45, and the transfer was scheduled based on the flight details provided at the time of booking. However, we understand that any changes without clear explanation or confirmation can be frustrating, and we will be reviewing how we communicate this more effectively.

Door to door service

Door to door service. All staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and easy to deal. A great experience. Lily went out of her way to solve what was a big mistake (leaving my phone on the bus) a stress free easy solution. Communication from the whole team was great. Thank you all. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them again. Thanks all….

I was not provided transportation…

I was not provided transportation through to my final destination only to the transfer point.

Update: The below response from the company is not true. I reconfirmed at the airport when I was rebooked on a later transfer that travel would still be through to my final destination (beyond Moutiers). If it was communicated to me before departing geneva that I would only be able to get partially to my destination, which is understandable due to my need for a later transfer, I would have sought other options. Instead I was put in a situation where I was in a remote area, with no alternative but to seek a ride from other travelers (as suggested by an Alpine fleet employee!) heading in a similar direction, late at night as a woman traveling by myself. Ladies, pay up a bit for your own safety and book with a less chaotic company. There are MANY transfer options from Geneva to the French alps area (which I learned upon landing at the airport).

Unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly disgraceful. Never again

I am writing to express my absolute disgust with your service.
After you forced me to change my booking from 06:00 to 04:00 and refused a refund, your driver was 15 minutes late. You left me standing outside in -6°C freezing cold in the middle of the night. This is not just poor service; it is dangerous and pathetic.
I demand a full refund and additional compensation for this nightmare immediately. Make no mistake: If I am not compensated within 24 hours, I will make it my personal mission to post this experience—including screenshots of your refusal to help—on every travel site, social media platform, and review board online. I will ensure every potential customer knows exactly how you treat people.
I expect a confirmation of my refund today.

Absolutely superb service.

Absolutely superb service.
From the start there was clear communication and as the time approached confirmation of plans, flight times and destination addresses to ensure a smooth end to each day.
Honestly cannot fault Alpine Fleet (Geneva to Val d’Isere return) for a gang of 13 over Easter 2026.

Alpine Fleet (Refund withheld)

Booked a bus transfer with Alpine Fleet using FlixBus app. 24 hours post booking, Alpine Fleet advised they could not offer the appointed time service and offered an alternative 3 hours earlier or a full refund. Refund was agreed and advised funds would be received within 30 days. Over 40 days later no sign of refund despite many follow up emails with Alpine Fleet.
FlixBus are also offering services that do not exist, my transfer was still showing as available up to the intended day of departure, when it clearly could not be honoured.
Be wary of both Alpine Fleet & Flixbus as they are advertising services which they cannot fulfil.

Fantastic coach company with great…

Fantastic coach company with great service. They were very flexible with my booking and communicated clearly throughout the process. When I arrived at the airport earlier than expected, I went to the counter and they kindly arranged for me to catch an earlier departing coach on the spot, getting me to my destination without delay.

A special shout-out to Anna at Geneva Airport, who was incredibly helpful and carried out her work with a warm and welcoming smile. I highly recommend Alpine Fleet.

Very straightforward and easy booking

Very straightforward and easy booking.
Staff at airport extremely helpful and transfer to our location was seamless. Our collection pickup point back to the airport was not where the driver was waiting, however this was resolved easily as we were in a position to be brought to where the driver was waiting.
I would definitely recommend Alpine Fleet.

Reliable transportation service. Easy online booking procedure. Bus was OK (surprising: car licence plate of Lithuania). Driver was ok. Price was ok. Short term changes of bus departure times seem to be not avoidable because people are coming/leaving with different flights...

There are so many moving parts with…

There are so many moving parts with airport transfers. Alpine fleet seem to seamlessly navigate these and get you to your destination. Maybe not on time but they get you there which is more than a lot of other companies do.
