I had an excellent experience with this transfer company. I needed to change my plans at short notice, and their team handled everything so promptly and efficiently. The process was completely stress-free, and their communication was clear and helpful throughout. It’s rare to find such reliable and customer-focused service these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and professional transfer service.

The meeting was very well organised, and the driver, Allie, was very helpful.
We arrived early, and the driver found us and let on the bus.

The interaction we had with the staff member at Geneva Airport was, quite frankly, shocking. We arrived late due to extremely long passport control queues (approximately 1.5 hours), which were completely out of our control.

Rather than showing any understanding, the staff member essentially laughed us off and bluntly stated there was nothing he could do. While the delay was not his fault, you would expect a customer-facing representative to show at least some empathy or make an effort to assist.

We were offered no alternatives or advice on what we could do next and were refused a refund. I strongly suggest reviewing who you have representing your company at the airport, as this experience only added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

Absolutely appalling, DO NOT BOOK. We booked a transfer from Val D’Isere at 5:25am and we told 36 hours before that the pick up would be at 3:15am and we would need to change bus at Tignes with a 45 minute wait. None of this was disclosed when booking.

Emily and Lola saved my life by allowing more time with the fluffy snow and the magnificent beauty, no stress whatsoever for they were so quick to respond to my inquiry, that I didn’t even find the time to worry ! Brilliant

I gave my review based on them changing my transfer time 2 hours earlier, which meant leaving at 4am from Morzine. They have since asked me a number of questions and turned it back around on me, saying they chased me for my flight times but I never responded.
1. I provided my full flight details upon booking.
2. They did not contact me at any point until texting to say the transfer has moved.
3. They will not admit they cancelled the shuttle I was on and moved us all forward.
4. This was a review for customers and not a plea for compensation but they have argued with me and put my back up against the wall.

“Regarding the change in pick-up time, our operations team adjusted the schedule to ensure all passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before their flights. In this case, we did not receive the passenger's specific flight details. We reached out to the passenger to request this information, but we did not receive a response.

As noted on the e-ticket, we operate with estimated times, and passengers receive a text message one day prior to the transfer with their exact pick-up time.

The bus departure was moved earlier to ensure that all passengers on board arrived at the airport in time for their respective flights. Since we lacked specific flight details for this passenger, they remained on the scheduled departure which had been moved earlier to accommodate all the flights on the transfer.”

Ok. I made an error. Poor concentration and I booked a day early. I’d mentioned a friend I was meeting in the booking notes (different flight), and this was picked up. I was called. It was sorted rapidly, efficiently, no stress and with superb customer service. Top work team - saved my day!!!

Great overall experience with Alpine Fleet—everything was seamless, professional, and very well organised. The drivers to and from Courchevel were excellent.

Only reason for 4 stars is one driver on the return to the airport who was rude and unhelpful, which didn’t reflect the company’s otherwise high standards.

We've had many a transfer this season from Les to Geneva airport due to family circumstances at home in the UK. We've needed to switch and wiggle things around. I cannot fault every member of the team we have dealt with, Lilly and Ella were superb in managing our transfers. Incredibly fast and efficient on emails, polite and professional at all times. Great experience with seamless transfer from Geneva airport to Meribel. Our flight was delayed but the communication from Alpine Fleet was excellent and they managed our onward journey without and further delays.

All good very reliable on time and kind driver . Nice reception too. Thanks to Ciro
