Not German but Chinese -- no returns possible


I ordered a vacuum cleaner from alpinemart.de and thought that they were a German company. I had even read the return policy before ordering the item and knew that I would have to pay for the return shipping if I did not want to keep the item. Since the product did not meet my expectations, I decided to return it the next day and asked for a return address. Turns out they are in China and it would cost me a fortune to return the package. Be careful! Their name is absolutely misleading.
