Poor online experience
Online shop inventory not accurate on site - bought item for NYE with expedited shipping. Order wasn’t fulfilled and I was not notified of inventory discrepancy until 3 days later when it was too late to buy from a different vendor. Was given a 10% off discount code after reaching out about the order delivery date.

Surprisingly good order turnaround time
Bought skis and bindings as xmas present on website for my daughter the day before Thanksgiving, well in advance given all we're hearing about supply chain holdups. Low and behold, they arrived in great condition on Saturday which was way ahead of my expectations. I usually expect this type of turnaround from stores that are online-only, but very pleasantly surprised from a brick-and-mortar which I assumed is less focused on the online experience.
