The shop has a lovely atmosphere, the clothing and home goods are lovely and the assistant was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

I love this shop! Always beautifully merchandised - it is full of gorgeous clothes, interesting books and fab homeware. I particularly like the staff - smiley, super helpful and always friendly!

I came into the establishment purely to get both my suits dry cleaned. What happened next I couldn’t have imagined. I was welcomed by a great shop assistant named Alice. All the homeware was absolutely devine and as you can imagine I indulged. When I came home my wife was estatic. You know what they say happy wife happy life. Will be highly recommending this shop to all my friends and family.

Popped in on a Saturday and was shocked by what I saw!!!! An a amazing array of home ware items selected with immaculate taste, nearly remodelled the whole house by the end of it. Not to mention a beautiful array of clothing followed up with fantastic service from the loverly shop assistant alice, could not recommend more!

Very disappointed to not receive a bag to carry my purchases. Goods nicely wrapped but I needed a bag. A paper bag should be an option.
Also I was asked to provide my email address for my receipt. I note I have been added to your distribution list despite not asking my permission to do so. Disappointing

Lovely shop with a nice range of clothes jewellery and homewares. Sadly I find the staff dismissive, frosty and verging on rude. Why have a lovely high end establishment with staff who have no interest in customer service? I actually bought something and I was still treated rudely. Not impressed at all.

It’s always a total joy to shop at Alresford Linen. Be it online or in person the service is fantastic, and the curation of products is beautiful. One of my favourite shops for gifts, homeware and fashion!

Excellent service - ordered on Saturday and it caught quite by surprise when it was delivered on Sunday.
Super quality

Have popped into this lovely store in the past but it was good to be able to have something sent out as a visit in the near future wasn't doable. Postage and packing was more than some online companies charge but this is an independent business and the alternative of sourcing the body wash from France would have cost three times more in postage so factoring this in I was very happy to source my product locally. Prompt response to email query and superfast despatch. Items well packed.
