If you could do without giving a star

If you could do without giving a star, I would have definitely done it. What a circus. First i wanted to moved licenses from a provider to Also. It goes haywire and nobody does anything. Support cannot help and one blames the other. I now want to move my licenses to another provider and it's the same!!! NO SUPPORT. I was informed that licenses are being moved 1/10. But nothing happens. You cannot get in touch with the Software department! I will NEVER EVER recommend ALSO to anyone. THERE IS NO SERVICE!!!!!! NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!
