Everytime I give AltcoinTrader a chance…
Everytime I give AltcoinTrader a chance they prove me why I shouldn't have ever in the first place. Now they are telling me my banking details are wrong the very same ones I used last month when I had an issue with them. They won't even response. Please anything thinking of signing up I hope you read my reviews. This company is horrible and just like all these South African trading companies. All are mostly scams.

Support desk service good but Fica desk poor.
24 04 2025. I had a query about Trust wallet. My query was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. The support desk went as far as making a phone call to me to discuss the matter and resolve the query.
Altcoin Trader can sharpen their skills and Fica systems to read scanned documents. I had much annoyable trouble to get readable documents through to them.

⚠️ WARNING: Stay Away from Altcoin Trader! ⚠️
I strongly urge everyone to withdraw all your funds immediately from Altcoin Trader! When I checked my balance, everything was gone. My funds were maliciously depleted through trades that I never made—buying high and selling low on the USTD-SGB pair.
Support admitted this in an email, but I have never even traded on this account! When I asked for answers about how my account was accessed, they stopped responding.
This is highly suspicious and must be investigated immediately. Stay safe, protect your investments, and avoid Altcoin Trader at all costs!

KYC Process is a nightmare on Crypto Street
Wow... I have tried for weeks to verify / KYC my account with ACT. I had to send 5 different selfies of myself until they finally accepted a 10mb HD version.
I have sent multiple copies of my ID (Certified copies) - they were not happy.
Easy to deposit, impossible to withdraw.
Be careful (especially if you don't like admin)

Avoid using AltCoinTrader
AltCoinTrader is a completely inferior platform to Luno. There is no feature to download a statement for your staking wallets, like Luno has, and we have been trying to get my statements from them for six weeks now. I've been on the phone with them three times over the past two weeks trying to sort this out. Their staff range from apathetic to rude. I would stay away from them completely, and rather make use of Luno's comprehensive, professional platform.
