Worst ever / ignores your messages and calls
Worst ever. I was 2 hours early because the stylish decided to change my time even tho we agreed on WhatsApp before she wrote her time down .. didn't pick up the phone from yesterday 4 o'clock until now . Only whatsapped me to give me grief . She said the stylist number 2 was waiting. The stylist must of been half asleep because even she didnt call me to find out where I am or am I still coming even after I missed it still no call from them . Very rude people there's no way I could ever get my hair done by people who aren't professional and too lazy to pick up the phone.

Absolutely misleading, firstly its just mascara type powder, secondly its not even branded Alterity like on their website and thirdly its NOT waterproof like in the videos. An absolute disappointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Unprofessional -Treatment does not work-Avoid at all cost.
No email confirmation or information regards to the product and if it will work. The unprofessional salon has taken zero responsbility of there services. This product has not worked for me and clients should be notified in advance of this, not afterwards . On the day no one styled or proper aftercare advice given. This place is horrible, dirty and a mess. Contacted the salon afterwards and have been ignored and blocked! But they where quick enough to take my money. Ruthless robbers.
