Fast and assured service

Fast and assured service, delivered to Denmark from Germany with UPS promptly and within specified date.

Item was as described, prices are very competitive and delivered with speed.

A pleasure to use this service, I would recommend.

Good stuff.

Delivery right on time, product as expected, and cheaper than I could find it elsewhere too. Support were quick to answer a question about the actual availability as well, before the purchase. Good stuff.

Don't buy anything from this company

I should have read the review from Rikke Jul Nielsen before my first and last order to Alternate - I have unfortunately experience the same:
ALTARNATE should not be allowed to operate on the Danish market! They take the money from your credit card immediately, but do not deliver any purchased goods. The delivery should have taken place already, but I am not even given an update on the delivery or whether the goods have been given to a carrier. ALTERNATE have more than once promised to send the package - ordered on the 17 marts and I still do not even have a tracking ID. Excuses stand in line - tools are damaged, awaiting the other tools not informed to be out of stock, etc. Got a voucher on 69Dkr I have to say (guess I'll not get to use that) but no package...
Follow-up: Still no tracking ID and a new mail again that they confirm it's just to be shipped. So just to top it - I then wrote to them the day after to cancel the order - guess what - cancelled immediately! No problem as it has never been send... but no payment is transfered back so now I have to go to my bank first to get it back... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ALTERNATE

Update : As 14-03-2020: As per below I had a good conversation with Alternate (can't) recall the persons name and got a clear excuse for the handling of the above case. This was a fine follow-up - and I have now received my payment back. I have also received the same goods from another web based company - 1 day delivery at the same price.
