The goods were never delivered
The goods were never delivered. After a 6 week wait, I've given up and will get a refund.
First it was the delay in confirming the order (2 weeks - only contact me after being asked) at which point the goods were now on back order (which was not indicated on the website)
Then the delays on receiving the order into stock (another 2 weeks).
Then the delays in confirming shipping.
Then came Aramex. Who refuse to deliver to, or leave a parcel at a staffed building with multiple secure entrances, safe delivery points, and that is the entire block with a single address, clearly marked numbers visible from the street, and the name in 10 foot high illuminated signage on both sides... let alone contact the receiver, and who can not be contacted in any way. They have now held the parcel for 2 weeks, and they have the gall to demand additional payment for further delivery "attempts".
This place is a scam, or at the very least do not care whether the customer actually receives their order.

I was waiting 1.5 months for my order to arrive, they are using the worst courier available - Amarex
When they reply to your questions, they always use chatGPT, so instead of a specific answer, you get a 10-page essay with no meaning. For some reason, they always mix up my name
C'mon guys, you have to just resell an item, it can't be that hard
There is a reason, why they don't have a phone number or google review system

LeverPresso
I love high-quality coffee and refuse to compromise on its quality, regardless of where I am. As an adventure enthusiast engaged in hiking, bike-packing, kayak-packing, 4WD camping, and daily commuting, having a reliable portable coffee maker is indispensable to my lifestyle. It needs to seamlessly transition from my daily work routine to the wilderness during my outdoor escapades.
Over the past decade, I've experimented with various portable coffee makers, each with its own set of advantages and disadvantages:
1. Handpresso Auto Black E.S.E Coffee Maker: This resides in my 4WD for car camping.
2. Handpresso Portable Espresso Maker: Ideal for making espresso but limited to one shot at a time, which is somewhat restrictive.
3. WCACO Minipresso: My favourite portable coffee maker, producing excellent coffee with perfect crema, though limited to one shot at a time.
4. Wacaco Pipamoka: The only multi-shot portable coffee maker in my collection, delivering great taste but lacking crema.
I've also added the Subminimal Nanofoamer Pro to my collection kit, a portable tool that creates perfect foam in under 30 seconds.
Each coffee maker comes with its own limitations; the one offering good crema can't provide two shots, while the one capable of two shots lacks crema. Eager to find a solution, I continued my search until I discovered the Leverpresso on Alternative Brewing's website.
The Leverpresso claimed to produce two shots with perfect crema, seemingly resolving my dilemma. I purchased it at a great price and have used it a few times. The coffee taste was excellent, but achieving a good crema proved challenging. After some research on Google, I realised there's a delicate balance between coffee ground size, tamping, and lever pressure. Finding this equilibrium takes time, making it a work in progress for me. I'll update my review once I achieve the perfect balance and create my desired coffee.

Good Company, staff and product range
Been here a few times and have enjoyed good service, easy pickup or postage and a good range of products. Very happy so far, I get all my Wacaco stuff here. Staff are knowledgeable and pickup is right next door to the office. If you lice close I recommend you order online and do the pick-up. Who wants to wait for postage if they don't have to!!

Shoddy kettle lid, blatant disregard of Australian Consumer Law
Company blatantly refuses to acknowledge and adhere to the Australian Consumer laws. Although communication was good regarding a shoddy welding job on my kettle lid, Alternative Brewing continued to hide under the guise of "out of warranty" and "we must ask the importer". Both of which hold no credence with the law. Particularly because I was only requesting a replacement lid! The warranty and importer hooha is Particularly frustrating when the law clearly states that the seller must provide warranty 'for the life of the product '. The life of a kettle seems to include a lid...sigh. exhausting back and forth via emails with an eventual fine result. But only after the threat of Australian Consumer Law protection.

RUSTY AND TOXIC STEAMER
The steel inside the steamer is rusting and I've only used a month, it also is a poor steamer and lets out too much water. The rust is TOXIC. BEWARE. Contacted the company twice and they have just given me the run around twice, looping emails with useless questions. They deny any responsiblity and basically too bad.
