Your business model isn't transparent for the consumer.
I'd have a much better taste in my mouth after an 0/1 refunded key if the following was made transparent upon purchase;
"Usually delivered within 15 minutes. This key is sourced after purchase and is not currently held in our inventory. If unavailable, you'll receive a refund."
Your own systems contradict the fact as to whether you own or source the keys at the point of sale. Transparency around this would also foster trust in future orders- even despite failed first attempts(like with what happened to me).
Overall, I like the chance at a discount and I appreciate someone trying to source that, it would just be nice if I knew what I was getting my money into as a consumer.

I'm sorry your first order with us didn't go the way it should have. We opened recently, and your order hit a problem we should have caught first.
Thank you for pointing this out. You were right on both counts, and we've fixed them. Every product page now says up front that we buy your key from our supplier when you pay, that it's normally ready within minutes, and that you get a full refund if we can't get it. We've also changed our system so that when a supplier pulls a key, it comes off sale right away instead of staying in the store. Feedback like yours is exactly what helps a new store get better.
