We had a fantastic experience booking our holiday through this agent. From start to finish everything was so easy and stress-free. A special mention to Hannah Mallinson who is part of the home working team, she was absolutely brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable and so patient with all our questions. She really listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend asking for Hannah!

Linda at Littleborough Althams
Linda at Littleborough Althams booked my short break to Lanzarote. Everything was perfect from arriving at Liverpool to returning. We always book our holidays with Althams Keighley branch. Great service from all of the lovely, friendly staff who go out of their way to help secure the holiday you want. I recently wanted to book a very specific package and Nicola and Helen spent all afternoon searching for what I wanted (with regular phone calls to update me) and even stayed a little after closing to secure the booking. Can't thank this branch enough, definitely 5 star service and 100% recommended !
