Signed up July 6, 2026 and was charged $149 instantly (shows as CAREVALIDATE), even though the site said no charge until prescribed. Then nothing: no receipt, no confirmation, no portal access, and password and login emails never arrived (my email was correct, checked all folders). No consultation, no prescription, no product. When I asked to cancel and refund, they replied with cheaper-plan offers and asked why I was leaving instead of confirming the refund. No product, no communication. Can’t recommend.

Altrx has a 149 a month membership fee plus $ 144 for Tirzepatide which you don't find out until after putting in all your information. I read on trustpilot this side had several thousand reviews. Apparently fake reviews when I almost applied.

Terrible company DO NOT USE !!!!!!! They also triple the month cost when they state same price every month. On top of they refused to refund me 5 min after I made the order when I noticed. I'm a single mother they just took $200 without my permission .didn't even give me a review of what I was getting just charged me when I didn't know then told me they do not do refunds . How convenient. They will steal your money. On top of they send me emails and txt but can't find my account. Do not use I will never again !

I was nervous about the 'telehealth' aspect, but the process was incredibly smooth. The health questionnaire was thorough but not overwhelming. I had my provider approval within 24 hours, and the kit arrived at my door four days later. Truly a hassle-free experience for someone with a busy schedule

I would give zero stars if I could. They advertised as price for life at 149.00 for Tirzepatide but charged me 299.00 the second month with no warning! They refused to refund and then didn't send my refill for weeks after they had been paid! Told me since I had requested a refund (that they refused) and then asked for my refill to be shipped immediately, that they were confused. I am still out 299.00 still no refill from them and am going through another provider.

Unfortunately the reviews are true. This company has misleading pricing. Despite confirming that my pricing would remain fixed for life they more than doubled the second month from 129 to 299. They refuse to remit a refund. They are alternatives. I suggest you use a different company which does not mislead customers as brazenly as altrx

I was under the understanding that I would receive the 149$ shot however they are showing I was approved for the 89$ shot. I was taking .50 with another Dr and I let altRx know that I wanted to increase because I was waking hungry daily but they have me starting at .25. I have done my best to communicate with them and no luck.

Once again Altrx advertises the $129 for lifetime no matter the dose amount. So I’m two weeks in and haven’t noticed any difference so I request a higher dose. They tell me it’s now $149 now due to a price increase right after I ordered the first dose. I then telll them to cancel and they want to charge a $35.00 consultation fee for the provide, which has not even happened.

Don’t trust this company. I’m afraid they all do this. So frustrating and such a scam.

Their website is misleading about FDA approval, which was the first red flag. They also clearly stated that my card would not be charged until my information had been reviewed by their medical team. That didn't happen. Less than 10 seconds after I clicked "Submit," my credit card was charged $780.

To make matters worse, the customer service number they provide (678-661-9377) isn't even a working phone number. I'm now trying to reach them by email before disputing the charge with my credit card company because, at this point, this feels like a scam.

I signed up under the $149 for life option. I paid $149 the first month then they billed me $299 for the next month. They will not refund the difference even after sending a screenshot of the $149 for life ad. If you do decide to give them a try, Don't use your bank or credit card, use a prepaid card with only the $149 on it so they can't overcharge your account

The weight loss results have been steady (12lbs in 2 months). I had a small question about my refill and it took about two days to hear back from support, but when they did reach out, they were very helpful and resolved it immediately. Definitely worth it for the price and convenience

I tried AltRX for a 1-month low-dose trial. Service was exceptional, and shipping swift and cold. Then I shopped around because of their price bump after month 1. I ended up back with AltRX because the replacement vendors (2) did not deliver a prescription. By then, adjusted pricing made it affordable, and now I have another perfect shipment. I especially appreciate the nurse practitioner who met with me to check in beyond the form.

I just ordered my 2nd month Triz. From the beginning, everything has been very smooth. From ordering to receiving my meds.
I no longer have food noises. I am at a maintenance level and it's working great for me!!

During assessment I informed them that I had hit a plateau on Semiglutide 2.5 and I wanted to try Trizepitide or nothing at all. They sent me a "starter dose" of Semiglutide. When I reached out to them they admitted they sent me the wrong medication but failed to make it right or even send me the dose of Semiglutide that I was on. This was only good for 1 shot, not 4 which I paid for. Sent complaint to BBB and they never responded to them.

2nd month charged $299for Tirzepatide without my permission. Well, I thought I needed to fill their form out regarding how I was doing in order to get a price. They just went ahead with a refill and charged me for it. Also, there was not enough medication in the first bottle for 4 full doses! They ignored my emails. This 2nd bottle I’ll need to adjust the amounts to lower than prescribed.

Alt RX took money from my account without authorization, then sent the wrong type of GLP med, and now will not refund. I have been working on this problem for several months. Deceptive practices.
