I’m trying to contact them I tried their email: NO ANSWER, I then tried their telephone number 0800 048 5170 NO ANSWER. I’m starting to worry if I do join them no one will be able to assist me on setting up their signal trading bot 🤖 with MT4 & general communication is not there. Really starting to think that this might be a scam.

You first contacted me through email on the 12th of January (which is a Sunday and we don't work on Sundays). I replied 2 days later (which was on Wednesday 15th). You wrote this 1-start review on the 14th. Sorry to say it like this but If every person would post a negative review for businesses that don't reply within 2 days most businesses would only have 1-star reviews. Please be a bit flexible and give us to time to address your questions before giving a meaningless 1-star review. Sometimes it takes more than 2 days to reply (like in your case) because you are not the only person that needs to be assisted. We have hundreds of email on a daily basis.
Too bad I cannot attach the email conversation to this reply so people could see the chronology of things.
If you read through our past reviews you can see our support is top notch and what you are saying in your review is not based on anything, it's a speculation based on you thinking we won't reply or help you with your questions. And in fact the opposite is true. We help ALL our customers with questions either before or after purchasing. But not everyone can get a fast response (also based on different time zones).
Hopefully you can understand the situation more and respect our reply clarifying why it happened like this. If you still need assistance you can reach out to us through email or on Telegram (live chat).

When I confronted you on Telegram with your review to ask more information about your so called negative experience with us you blocked me and deleted all messages. I wanted to know what happened because in your review you do not give any explanation, which is a pity because now we don't know what happened.
We do not scam people, yet still many people fall for the scammers that impersonate us. We are an official business based in the EU with an official website, email address, Telegram support and all necessary social channels. How stupid would it be if we scam people? Think about it!
If you actually got scammed that is unfortunately done by people impersonating us. I am very sorry to hear that and I hope next time you will be more careful checking our official support lines and contact the correct person.

This is a fraudulent business
This is a fraudulent business. Positive reviews might be fabricated. After I paid for a subscription via their official site, it apparently failed and it was never restituted. I contacted the 'company' several times but quite unsurprisingly never recieved any reply. Reading the replies of their team on reviews placed here, they are apparantly impersonated by scammers. Don't buy this. I contacted them via their official site, for which the adress is given here at trustpilot.

in addition to the signals they invite you to join their trading investment plan, it's a scam. they ask us to choose a plan and wait for the return on investment. once paid, you still have to pay something else and then something else. obviously it's fake. no refund possible

I tried AltSignals Spot and found their signals to be reliable, but I'm still confused about how they handle multiple targets in their reports. I asked them for clarification using an example: if TP1 is hit, then TP2 is reached, and afterward, the price drops back to TP1 and then hits the stop-loss. They claimed it would be recorded as a stop by trailing stop at TP2. However, I find this explanation hard to believe, as it could lead to inaccuracies in the report.

I just found out from some me who’s dealt with Jordan that he’s paid people or provided incentives to write good reviews and it is worth their time as customers make judgments on truspilot beyond any other review service
I had my friend log into his account and he’s been trading with my crypto paradise which is a far more sophisticated expensive service but it actually works as he deposited 50k in 2.5 years ago and he has over 1.1m today
Don’t believe these manufactured reviews by these scammers pretending to be professionals , they don’t make money trading ,they make money collecting your $100 a month subscription fee.
If you want evidence of me telling the truth I have emails from Jordan to another friend of mine he scammed and I can verify them to you
Please don’t be fooled by these reviews, Jordan and his partner’s manipulated them and trust pilot should be investigated

I looked up our conversation on Telegram and it seems you subscribed to our Binance futures plan but futures trading was restricted in your country. You did not know this before you purchased the plan, so you asked me to switch you to another plan. To that I replied I cannot switch you because subscriptions are locked in our system and even more before subscribing we have a warning on our website that says to check whether you can trade futures in your country before subscribing. So the mistake is unfortunately on your end which you also admitted. Then I suggested you let your monthly plan expire and after that purchase the forex plan, in which you were more interested. I hope that makes it more clear.
Second of all we do not pay people to write reviews. We don't have time for that and it's not in our interest. We prefer to let our customers speak freely, just like you did. Whether it's good or bad our customers can always write freely about their experience.
Honestly it's unfortunate that you write this negative review giving false information to our readers because you were frustrated that I could not switch you to another plan. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is the way it works in our system. That's the reason we also have all warnings and information on our website BEFORE you subscribe.
I hope you can also understand from our side and hopefully your next experience with us will be a positive one!

We do not manipulate or fake reports and the proof is transparently visible on our website. You can even download our monthly PDF report and check every individual trade from the channel, it is all publicly available for you to check.
If we have a negative month we will also show it and put the results on our website. You can see on altsignals.io/results there are a few bad months that are also published. We are transparent about it and have no problem showing it. Altsignals aims to be profitable in the mid to long term, not necessarily on a daily basis. Because we understand that there are good and less good periods. So that is our strategy.

The forex signals are good and reliable. They are not like just thrown out there but seem to be well prepared. You can tell from the amount of signals, where you might have some days without any signal.
