IT'S A SCAM- DON'T LISTEN TO GOOD REVIEWS

Wish that I could rate 0 stars. I placed orders with Altur over a month ago. No products, no further tracking updates beyond "passed to airline", nothing. I wasted almost $100 on this scam of a store. Oh, and customer service is nonexistent, just like you're reading. This store needs to be shut down immediately. Can't believe that they're still up and running.

0 stars is an understatement

I never post reviews. Like ever. This is necessary, though, b/c I do not want people wasting their time on this site. 0 stars is an understatement. I ordered one item around Thanksgiving 2019 and it's now May 2020. Still nothing!! A short email apology from the company late last year is all I got. I have now given up. It's a scam FOR SURE. Thank god I just spent $23.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Two months and still nothing. Not even a decent reply. They made me fill in a form and not an answer after that. It’s a fraud and I hope they’ll get shut down.
Thank God we payed with PayPal and we got our money back.

Bad Quality and worst customer service

Honestly... I have never seen such a bad customer service. I ordered 4 pieces. 2 of them were damaged when I received them. I am writing emails with the customer service since February and to the last mails the did not answer. So I spent my money for bad quality and can not return it. Well... I would reccomend you to spent your money anywhere else...

Please do not waste your time or money

Please do not waste your time or money. I’ve emailed customer services multiple time and filled out a report on the website 3 times as I ordered a product (one thing!!!) almost 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. Regretting not looking at these reviews beforehand.

Awful quality and items missing.

My order arrived incomplete and the items that actually came were cheaply manufactured even though their stuff is quite pricey. The leash and mask broke instantly. I sent them a ton of mails but I did not receive a proper answer or a refund. Would not recommend at all. Awful company!!!

I submitted an order in OCTOBER and…

I submitted an order in OCTOBER and despite at least ten emails with customer service, I still have not received my items or a refund.

It should be illegal for them to still be a company.

They literally STOLE over $100 from me by accepting payment and never shipping my items to me.

VERY SATISFIED - TOOK A LONG TIME TO ARRIVE THOUGHT

I just received them today. I bought them a month ago, it is quite a long time but for what i paid the quality is really good and much the pictures from their website and Instagram. I'm really satisfied and i will definitely buy again from that company. You just need to be patient. I don't get the negative comments since, after your purchase you get a confirmation email and the tracking number in order to know where your item is exactly. I've written email to the company a couple of times when I got worried about the delay and they were very kind and helpful and wrote back to me really fast. So, it's a yes for me!

Only one item showed up, but I ordered two

I ordered two items, and one only arrived a month later. You get what you pay for. As for the second item I am still waiting for it, and when I check the tracking it’s says it’s still in China... why they both weren’t shipped together is beyond me, and will I get the second item? Who knows. I wouldn’t buy from this site again.

Good experience

I was worried after reading such bad reviews here, but after 3 weeks I received my body harnesses and they're good quality for the price! You can track your orders well but it takes a bit of looking & clicking around before being redirected to the Chinese tracking website.

The products I ordered are almost lost

The products I ordered are almost lost. There is no way in the web page or on your account to track your packages. When you place your order you get a confirmation email. Later - not a certain time period, can be days - you get a confirmation that your order is “getting prepared to be shipped”. And then thats all information you get. I ordered 5-6 pieces only 1 of them arrived. What happened to the rest of them is a mistery. There are some shipping codes for tracking your package but they dont mean anything when you check you dont get any information it only says “your package is in the origin country” or whatever. No carrier name nothing!
I am very dissapointed will never shop from this shop again!

Really nice! Wait just 10 ou 14 days to receive the order. The universal size for the bodysuit is perfect and the harness leather is correct.
