Appalling After Sales
We’ve spent over £100,000 on Aluco Aluminium Limited products for a £3M barn conversion — and the after sales experience has been appalling.
Two faulty glass panels were reported over 6 months ago. Replacement was agreed… and still nothing. Endless chasing, painfully slow responses, zero urgency. Reseller chases constantly but Aluco clearly do not value or prioritise after sales.
It seems once they have your money, after sales doesn’t matter.
How does it take half a year to replace two panels? For a premium brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
