Damaged window
Damaged window, wrong cill, order arrived late. 2 weeks late.
It’s not trade, I could have bought the same window and had it fitted for the same price, SHOP around.
Trustpilot removed my last honest review, I’m not complaining against trust pilot,
A very poor response, if I were allowed photos, you would be very very shocked at the substandard, well you can’t say workmanship. Tut tut.

There is a reason trustpilot are removing the reviews left by this account. They are not based on a genuine experience. This account has 3 pages worth of 1 star reviews left for businesses around the world. As for prices there is no way you would get windows or doors fitted for the price we advertise for.
As for shopping around, we have an online website with live pricing that anyone can use to get a quote without signing up or giving over details meaning you won't get hounded by any sales advisors, we don't push anyone into buying with us and customers are welcome to shop around for prices, there is a reason people still choose to use us. Our hundreds of genuine reviews from genuine customers show they are happy with our service.

The driver unfortunately had to unload on his own as I had been admitted to hospital before the delivery. However the delivery was stored safely and without damage. Well done Anthony for effecting the delivery in difficult circumstances
