Ordering the window on the website was a breeze, once you put your measurements in, notifications and updates were great.
Delivery was faster than expected, and the driver Anthony was very pleasant, so all in all a very happy customer.

This is my second time ordering from Aluminium trade windows. Very easy to use website. Windows delivered in the time frame they gave me when I ordered them.
And they seem very good quality windows. My window fitter also said they are good quality decent windows. So overall I am very happy with everything.

Brilliant up to the minute info on delivery with a very helpful real-time tracker. Anthony arrived right in the middle of busy school drop off period but was very patient while waiting for access. The product looks great so far, hopefully fitting will prove this right.

Driver was great, very polite and helpful. Loses a star because one of the windows was missed off the paperwork and not loaded onto the van. Have contacted customer services to follow up.

Door has delivered damaged on both sides. I have shared the pictures to customer service and they don’t take any responsibility. Worst worst service I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site. The customer service agent was very rude and doesn’t want to take ownership of the goods they delivered. Worst experience ever.
