Communication with the company was excellent. The product arrived on time and in great condition. Pricewise, it’s unmatched compared to European and Turkish alternatives I researched. A friend of mine owns an Italian louver pergola of roughly the same size, for which he paid at least four times more. In terms of quality, I’d say they are on par—maybe even the same manufacturer, with the Italian company simply re-selling it.

I purchased my Pergala back during Covid after doing months of research. I was very skeptical considering my purchase was gonna be from overseas with zero recourse if there was an issue. The process was made very simple every time I asked for something I got it whether it be a catch drawing or an answer to a question regarding electrical. this was all during a time where cargo ships were being held up, which made it a little bit more stressful. Not be able to touch feel or see the product made it a little bit difficult but in the end, I end up purchasing it, and it was probably the best thing I ever did. The quality was superior everything about it was great if there was an issue which really happened they would send me a replacement part. I’m actually kind of sad that I recently sold my house and that’s the number one thing that I’m going to miss I would never think twice about buying from them again and I actually might for my new house if you’re on the bubble just do it.

If I am honest, initially we had reservations regarding ordering anything from abroad, anywhere in the world.
Great communication with Alunotec, very professional, helpful and honest.
The pergola is over 2 years old now and still looking and working great.
I cannot praise your pergola enough to do it justice. Precise, well made using powder coated aluminium.
This is the best thing we have at our home. Thankfully the weather has been favourable in the UK.
We can enjoy full sun, we can also have shade with the roof or the individual screens slightly down.
The pergola is so versatile.
The only thing I have needed to alter was the gas filled lever. The roof blades were not closing fully, letting in a little rain.
I just slackened off the fitting and adjusted the length of movement. Everything is fine now.

I would recommend your product to anyone who would like a cost effective, very well built, great quality home extension.

5 years ago, we bought our pergola blind just through pain-sticking dialogue with Fanny of AlunoTec's Customer Service. The fact that when the components were built up into the pergola on site, all the dimensions were "inch perfect" per order and assembled without any glitch was a testament not only to the thoroughness of the antecedent dialogue but also to the quality of AlunoTec's internal dialogue in their communication and execution of our order.

5 years on, the pergola still functions 100% and even my feared failure of the motor that actuates the opening and closure of the louvers did not materialized.

With hind sight, our decision not to use the active type of pergola that uses a moveable diaphragm of rubberized canvas as the top surface was 100% vindicated. This is because our pergola is located between 2 trees in the garden and the amount of droppings I have to deal with is not for the faint hearted. With aluminum louvers, they have withstood countless high pressure jet wash to stay looking as nice now as they did when first assembled..
