Thank you for your kind words about the quality of our panels — we really appreciate your recommendation!
We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with the delivery company and understand the frustration with our email-only contact system. At present, we use email so our team can easily track and follow up on every enquiry in detail. That said, we’ll certainly consider setting up a phone line in the future to offer another way to get in touch.

Easy to order
Easy to order, fair price. Didn't realise the slats were not real wood but the effect is still exactly what I wanted. Delivery was swift, but all the packaging was very badly damaged with large holes and tears in cardboard. Luckily only one of the panels had some indents into the acoustic backing which did not affect the front view. Overall I would recommend this company.

Thank you for your detailed feedback — we’re so pleased to hear you found the ordering process easy, delivery swift, and the panels exactly what you were looking for.
We’re sorry to hear the packaging arrived in poor condition and will pass this on to our courier to help prevent it happening again. Glad to know the panels themselves were unaffected from the front and that you’re happy with the end result.

Great quality, price and service. Can’t fault Aluxo - would recommend with so many competitors.
Really impressed with the quality of the cladding. Heavy duty, well packed and efficient delivery. Considering this was one of the cheapest companies, I was really pleased with the product. Good offers available too. My daughters room looks great!

As noted in the product description and at checkout, deliveries to Scotland can take up to 15 working days. Your order arrived on the 9th working day, within the expected timeframe.
For large furniture and wall panels, we use a dedicated third-party courier who delivers to each Scottish area once a week. This careful handling helps ensure your order arrives safely, though it means express services aren’t always possible as with smaller parcels.
