Absolutely love this diffuser so easy to use and lasts ages on a full charge

I really like the fact that it is small, lightweight and no need for plugging in or filling with water. I chose the black one which suits with my black units, so not obtrusive. It is easy to charge up with the usb plug then all you need to do is insert the essential oil bottle inside and it is ready to use. It lasts a long time between charges too. There is a quiet humming noise when it is on but you wouldn't notice this if you had the TV or music on. My only negative is that I chose a scent which unfortunately, I didn't like, but that's a chance you take when buying a new scent on line. However, I swapped it for one I already owned and now am very pleased with it. I would recommend this, it is a bit pricey but cheaper in the long run than buying candles and diffusers. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because there were no instructions in the box and it was a little confusing at first as to how to use the timings but after a few tries I worked it out. The On off button works the right hand side of 15, 60 or 120 seconds and the Clock Icon works the left had side of 60,120 or 180 mins.

I have just updated this review as I have to say they were on the comments straight away and explained so well done Aluxury I bought 2. One white, one black.
If find them a little noisy, however I can not work out how to keep these on, and when I asked the company, they told me the timings on top are wrong and confusing.
You categorically said they were confusing, so please do not try and say you didn’t, I will request the conversation on line

Received products in the form of candles/reed diffuser/electric diffuser, can't fault any of them. The smells are fantastic and the electric diffuser is a really neat little product. Compact, pleasing to the eye and most importantly doing it's job well!

Firstly I would like to say this is the 1st bad review I have ever posted but my experience with this company has been very negative.
I received the unit on 22nd January this year.
My first email was sent to them on the 25th January regarding it didn't seem to be charging properly....since then I have had various issues and have carried out 4 maintenances as it keeps blocking.
As of yesterday there has been a total of 24 emails between the company and myself...I asked for a refund as I
believe there is something wrong with the unit but was refused...my daughter has a similar one but from a different company and has had no issues so sadly I would advise nit buying unless you're lucky enough to get a unit that works correctly.

I have recently moved house and feel that a nice smelling home is an investment so I researched waterless diffusers for a while before spending money. Aluxury appeared to be the best option for what I wanted. My parcel has just arrived and it’s lovely. I’m pleased with the quality of the product and the oil “Ocean Azure” is beautiful, it’s identical to WC Seyshells. I will be buying another diffuser soon as a gift for a friend because it’s a beautiful gift to receive.
