Damage package
My package was not completely sealy and part of the label was ripped off. I know this is USPS but not happy at all. I have an image if you want to see.

Great products
Your products seem to work very well for my wife she is sensitive and skins brakes out after shaving so we use the body soap and lotion great results we also use the lube for it is very slick last good amount of time and she doesn't have any issues with it anymore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL products

Expiry date on lube already passed
Expiry date on the aloe & water based lubricant had already passed when I received the product. Condoms seem fine so far.

On January 20, 2024 I ordered four (4) tubes of 2.5 ounces of Royal Personal Lubricant and one (1) baseball cap. I received only four tubes of royal personal lubricant, and I did not receive the baseball cap. I have reported the incomplete order and have no response. Please send the baseball cap.

We ship using DHL eCommerce which is partnered with USPS - this is the best way to provide customers affordable shipping options. When our products ship from our warehouse they are picked up and delivered to your location using USPS. We understand the frustration, however the delays and shipping issues are due to the carrier - this is outside of our control. We will take this feedback and do our best to work with the carriers to provide you a better experience in the future.
Gets the job done
Ease of ordering was great, delivery was smooth and on time as well. My boyfriend and I really enjoy this product. Our only small issue is that the product comes out of the tube very fast so we have to be careful when applying. Also there are times when it seems that the lube dries up fast so we do have to keep reapplying. Once it's in use though, it does the job very well.
