They took money from our bank, without even any agreement from our side. When we asked to get a copy of any website or document where we ever should have given nay permission, we NEVER got any answer. With a lot of difficulties, we could get this theft to stop. Never do any business with this company.

Had an unfortunate experience with an account being set up without my consent and knowledge. However the company was contacted the next day when I had received emails from them and they very kindly cancelled the account and refunded my monies. Very efficient services from Anna & Lenor. Thank you.

Complete scam wouldn’t have enything to do with them making fake accounts for people too login too taking money from you but when you contact them they say you don’t have a active account with us they shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people it’s shocking how they get of with it terrible 😢

Someone had set up an account in my name and money had been taken out. Luckily this company has an amazing customer service team. Jose immediately got on to the matter and refunded me the money without any issues. Thanks so much

Clicked on a link to buy some trainers via TikTok shop only to find that they charged me £10 for a membership and tried to put me on a recurring membership for €45 per month. Contacted the company who denied being on TikTok and denied any transaction For trainers and told me they would cancel my membership. Total scam. I have notified TikTok and my bank who will pursue them as a fraud.

Fraud phishing company! Scammers get you to give details and submit you to a membership without your awareness!! Scam do not purchase here!!! Fake DHL email asking for small amount for package delivery.. which then becomes a subscription of 65 per month!! How can they get away with this!

My issue was resolved without any issues. I didn't have to follow up with numerous emails back and forth. This is really truly appreciated when we receive service like that.

Great experience with the call centre after a mix up on the web site.

Like al the others they debit 6,95€ of my Visa and I don’t know why.
