Completed the blended Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work last week. Consisted of 1 day of online learning (course content), 1 group session delivered by Aly via Teams and 1 full day of practical learning in the classroom. It was great to have a mix of independent learning followed by group session. A great way to consume a lot of content while learning how to apply the skills into a real life context. Also the most flexible way to fit 3 days of training into a full week of work.

Excellent course delivered with energy, fun and a thorough and comprehensive level of content. We had a lot of important content to cover on the day and Aly expertly delivered this in an engaging and highly interactive manner. The environment was comfortable, safe and supportive. Consideration was given to any specific needs and the comfort of the learners. Aly took time at the start of the day to understand the context and setting in which we all worked in order to tailor the day accordingly. A great day of training with successful outcomes - I felt confident and assured in my skills and abilities on completion of this course.

Lovely day at a very accessible venue. Aly was brilliant and kept every section engaging with lots of hands-on practice. The training provided was given professionally with empathy and light-heartedness. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do their first aid individually or with a group and would 100% book again.

Very fun, interactive and enjoyable session, learned plenty and came away with a food safety certificate.

The course was blended with e-learning and a full day in person. The online learning was informative and interactive, this allowed me to feel confident and prepared ahead of the in person session. The practical elements and presentation was well delivered. A massive thank you to both instructors Aly and Ali who made training both educational and enjoyable, their expertise in first aid is invaluable.

Aly provided a great CPR and defib training session at our local village hall. Delivery was very informative and clear, followed up with some practicable guidance on the CPR dummies. I feel confident that I’ve been given the tools to manage a difficult situation should it arise.

A well put together evening giving the basics and some hands on training. Despite always keeping up with my 1st Aid training there were new things to learn.
