My switch 2 came open and used even…
My switch 2 came open and used even though I bought it new. Someone used the Mariokart world download code. I was ok keeping it even though the code was used because switch 2 are hard to find. Only refunded me €28 instead of providing a new code
Edit: Alza has commented saying I recieved the order new. This is false and I dont know why they claimed this. I purchased a new Switch 2 and it came opened with the code for Mariokart used.

Das Produkt wurde zuvor niemandem verkauft und laut unseren Informationen haben Sie es als Neuware erhalten.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service , assistend at the shop at favoritenstrasse was rude and was making fun of me because I was going to return damaged product because it arrived damaged, mind you I picked it up 10 minutes before returning and the staff was offended that I needed to their help to return “just” 20€ worth of product since I dont speak german.I dont recommend this shop.

Slow delivery time
Wrong delivery time, expected arrival date was Saturday. Parcel came on Monday. I chose specifically box delivery, so it would take less time for post. Didn't meet expectation.
